I am 31 and have never been to a Chilis restaurant. Coming in for the first time the other day I was nervous I wouldn’t like the food. I have to say that was THE BEST experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. My waitress not only recommended great options, but she also let me try a SW queso that was soooo good I’m now obsessed! Because it was my first time the manager Eric came over and offered me a free dessert!! Which btw was AMAZING! The chips and salsa were very fresh along with the rest of my meal! The triple dipper was FANTASTIC! My waitress was probably the best waitress I’ve ever had! Her name was Briannah and she was not only very sweet and helpful, but she did not miss a beat. I never went without a drink, I never went without anything I needed. She was truly AMAZING! Eric the manager was also amazing. He came over and made us laugh, made me feel very comfortable and just so welcome! I will 10/10 recommend chilis to everyone but I will also recommend this exact location! I could go on forever I am soooooo blown away by the customer experience I had. There was also another manager I can’t remember his name but he also came around a couple times. They check on every table! They truly care about being the best and they care for their staff and customers. As a person in management myself that is also very picky when it comes to food, I am over the moon with my experience. I will definitely be back. Thank you to the staff for going over and above! I will be back soon!

Manager Eric is top-notch. Always friendly, always walking around making sure everybody has everything they need. Server Kaylin is my favorite of all time. She is helpful, kind, and a great person.

We had a large group of twenty people for a birthday celebration, not realizing it was homecoming weekend. However, the manager and his incredible staff had us seated fairly quick. Jake our server was on top of our service. Our drinks and chips were constantly filled, and the food came out with no issues. He was friendly, helpful, and one of the best servers I’ve ever had. Every member should be applauded, from the energetic hostess who was so adept at running the front, to the cook line who killed it- I’d come here any day over the Chili’s closer to my home.

My husband and I live in the area and we frequent this Chillis location often. The manager is incredibly nice and never fails to check in on how our meal is every time we visit. You can tell he really cares about his customers and wants to ensure everyone is happy. The great service, consistently great food and even better prices keep us coming back.

10/10 experience from the time we walk in. We had a young lady open the door for us and were seated immediately. Our server Heather was top tier. She was gracious and basically read our minds. She brought refills without us asking checking in and made sure everything was delicious. The food was hot, fresh and tasty! This has been our best experience ever in our history of eating out. Whenever you go ask for Heather: she’s heaven sent!!!

Hey guys let me tell you about this dam chilis. Jake was my server for the past 5 years and he’s been dam good every time! He checks in with me every 2 minutes he’ll he even sat with me when i was alone! he’s def my fav server fs. Now onto Eric man he a GREAT manager he knows about my whole life story and i know his! He’s had some crazy life stories to share and that’s what makes chilis so great! everyone’s so friendly! Now let me get to my favorite host/food runner/busser…Aubrey! she’s my favorite! I also learned she has another job and many more things about my gurl! She has a stunning personality and she’s great at everything she does…and i mean everything! Definitely pull up to this chilis cause it’s that good in every way i promise! – your most loyal customer and friend!

Chili’s has always been one of those places I can go in and I know I’ll love whatever I happen to order, It’s All delicious! – All of the time! The staff is always very helpful and sweet to me and the menu is HUGE! If you come here – Brace yourself for something really delightful to eat and drink while enjoying the relaxed cozy atmosphere as you fine dine! This family-friendly restaurant is famous for it’s flavor packed Tex-Mex cuisines and Delicious Mexican influenced dishes. The last time I was here I fell in love with their 6 oz. Classic Sirloin Steak which is seasoned and topped with garlic butter and comes with loaded mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli! YUM!
