Service is always prompt and friendly. HOWEVER. The food simply sucks. I ask for crispy fries, I get limp fries. Even asked 3 times. This is a reoccurring issue. They don’t care if the fries are cold and limp. Ordered 2 chili dogs tonight, the chili tasted like it was leftover from the previous night. Took one bite and tossed them. Absolutely HORRIBLE. I think that was my last trip for hot food. The cold items are always on point.
