The food is always good here! Never ever had an issue with that, very quick drive thru! however there seems to always be the same group of girls/cashiers upfront to always seem to be very rude towards customers and staff when asked questions, seem to be bothered all of the time. They need to pick up the pace upfront a little! Can’t be slow in the only McDonald’s in the area thanks

This isn’t the closest McDonald’s to me but it’s the one I prefer. Food is typically correct and it’s usually really clean in comparison to other locations. Tonight I had an issue with the app and the manager was wonderful and so helpful. This young female manager couldn’t get the app to work but made sure my order was prepared quickly. She was extremely friendly and professional.

When a different local restaurant dropped the ball in a big way for Super Bowl Sunday, this McDonalds came through! We ordered about 20 burgers with additional sides in the drive through a little past 6pm and the food was ready only 15-minutes later! Thank you for being staffed right and able to save the day!

This McDonald’s is always clean. Food has always been hot, fresh and correct. Any minor issues have always been immediately corrected without a court case to prove the problem. They also have a huge play scape for the kids to run around in. I order at the kiosk or before I walk in on my mobile app, then grab a table number and take a seat in the play room. Food is delivered right to your table while the kids play. Definitely recommend this location over any other in the area.

By far one of the worst McDonald’s experiences. 40 min wait because they want to make sure they meet the drive thru time standard. So the preorder and dining orders suffered. When questioned the guy working front counter decided to get a smart mouth about things. If you’re going to run a promotion make sure to be staffed properly. Ryker doesn’t have the personality to work front counter.

4 pm, slow Tuesday, every order is taking 13+ mins. My order was missing an item, drive thru guest came inside with an incorrect order, man reported bathroom toilet is over flowing, there is no ice in the lobby ice machine, no napkins. My kids happy meal toy is Sonic 3 tpt from 2024. Flies are every where in the dining area. This place needs new management.

First of all this location is more expensive than other locations. I had a coupon to buy one sandwich get the other for a dollar and it still came out to $9. They don’t add cheese, you have to pay a $1 extra for a piece of cheese. I don’t eat out often, but it seems to me that they’re gonna get their money back from you even if you use a deal on the app. And as you can see, it is way overcooked and dry as heck.

I came through the drive thru and ordered a Big Mac on June 2, 2025. The burger was literally chopped up pieces, there was no cheese, and the overall experience was poor. I called to let them know what happened. The manager apologized and told me that she would mail me coupons for a free meal. I never received anything. Disappointing.
