My croissant sandwich was cold. The caramel frosty cold brew isn’t something I’ll get again.

Really disappointed with our visit tonight. Went through the drive through and ordered two burgers and fries and a chili. Told the girl twice no onions but when we got home one single had onions on it. Had to throw that one away. My chili was half full. Man what’s going on here, they weren’t even busy. Will not be back.

Asked for a minute to talk over what we wanted in the drive thru, at 740pm no other cars in the parking lot or in line and dude kept trying to rush us, it had been maybe 2 minutes ans he gets on the speaker and tells us he needs us to order or move cause they were trying to fix their numbers cause they had gotten bad today. That’s not my problem, I’m trying to look at your menu, there were no other cars or else I’d have understood the problem. But the amount of times when we do order quickly and have to go pull around and wait for food or sit in a built up line but when nobody is there they want to act like they’re pressed for time. Ridiculous

Went to the drive through 15 minutes before close to be meet by someone saying they are closed! Okay so I call and ask if they had a reason to close early? I was told we dont no we are just closing i said that seems odd and was then hung up on. I call back and ask why I was hung up on to be told that was our “BIG BOSS”

Over charged us, claimed the signage at the drive thru wasn’t updated right and the food was cold, couldn’t even find us a receipt so we could dispute the charges. We won’t be back.We were contacted by the management who said they would look into the problems.

This was by far the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s ever. The lady who took the order was very rude and blunt, the person who took our payment didn’t confirm the order and only said “have a good night” then shut the window quickly, then when we got handed our food everything was there but the lady basically shoved our food in the car and then gave us our drinks (two doctor peppers and a sprite) you can see below the two doctor peppers were completely different in color and we confirmed it was doctor peppers they said yes then shut the window and laughed historically at us as we left the parking lot. We will NOT be going back in the evening.
