Braums of kingfisher use to be the best Braums on the planet. When they were located at there old site. But sense they moved to this new location the quality has dropped tremendously I’ll stop going for a year or so just to return thinking why did even think it was going to change. My personal opinion is the young work force there doesn’t have any pride in what they do. It’s just a pay check to them. The last two times I’ve gone both times in the course of two years they put pickles on my burger just luckily I’m not allergic to them. Both times the person who took my order got it right on the recipe it says NO PICKLES. But the kids preparing the orders are to busy playing to pay attention to whats right in front of them to get it right THERE’S NO PRIDE IN WHAT THERE DOING IF THERE WAS THEY’D GET IT RIGHT EVERYTIME. Seems petty but it matters to me especially when that same burger doubled in price I’ve all but given up on braum’s of kingfisher.

It doesn’t matter which location you get great food, great milkshakes, and the worst customer service you can ever expect from a restaurant. do better!
