I had the Juicy Lucy and it was okay. The waffle fries were good delicious! Their kids meals are decent. They get a prize when you leave. I like that they bring you a bowl of popcorn when greeted by the server. Service was decent. Not anything above and beyond, but no complaints. The server put ice in the chocolate milk and I found that strange.

Went out to lunch at Lucky 13 in Burnsville with my brother and we both ordered burgers—hands down some of the best we’ve had. Cooked perfectly, great flavor, and clearly made with quality ingredients.
Our server, Cierra, was absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Food came out quick, drinks stayed full, and the vibe was just right.
We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend if you’re craving a solid burger and great service.

I came in tonight with my brother, and we also came in last week as well and had mushroom and Swiss burgers. They were fantastic. Our server was Cierra. She was really sweet. She’s a hard worker as soon as my glass of pop was half empty she was already bringing me and my brother another one! she definitely gave us top notch serviceWe will definitely be coming back again!

Our server, L.T. was super, over the top the best. She had a great personality, friendly, and a fun sense of humor!! We were a table of 5….she took our orders, food served in a exceptional length of time. She was always there to check on us and if we had everything that we needed. She is tops!! L.T. deserves great tips and a raise!!

What happened to Lucky’s 13 since they moved from the Burnsville Center Mall?!?
This is the 3rd time now that I’ve been disappointed in the quality/taste of their food. This time I ordered the Avocado Ranch Chicken Sandwich with the stuffed Tator tots. The stuffed tator tots were good as usual. But you can’t go wrong with pre-made frozen items that are just deep fat fried, and, very delicious. The chicken sandwich on the hand was horrible! I couldn’t get past the 3rd bite before I set it aside. The chicken was very hard with a wooden texture. It seemed to crunch went I bit into it. Very overcooked…
I think I’ll spend more time at Clive’s Roadhouse – much better food.

Food is always delicious here! Big portions for the price. Food was so good we ate our meals so fast we didn’t have an opportunity to take pictures of any of it lol

Nachos were enormous. We could tell they were fresh made as the chips were thin a crispy. Chili was tasty with good spice. Meatloaf sandwich was fantastic.

We visited last night and had great service from Cierra! The place was absolutely packed and she made sure to communicate with us often on the status of drinks or food, and provided prompt and friendly service. This new location is really lovely and has a very similar layout and atmosphere to the Bloomington location. We’ll be back!

1st time making it to new location , I was so excited to see our long time favorite waitress Nikki working! We sat at a high top next to a rather larger rowdy crowd and Nikki still made sure to be prompt with our drinks and food , despite being busy with the party as well. (Thank you Nikki!) Luckys has been a favorite spot of ours for years and we were so happy to have our favorite waitress be there too.

Our second time here!! We must compliment the hosts Shane and CJ they are awesome! I come here with a special needs client using a walker and BOTH times they make sure we sit somewhere accommodating. We had to rush to the bathroom upon entering and so we did not have to walk all the way back Shane met us halfway when he saw us coming back with the walker. I LOVE THAT! Our server Jade did a great job too – her smile is gorgeous and we appreciate the authentic personality she showed us! Manager on duty checked in on us too! THANK YOU MOD!!
ON TOP OF ALL OF THAT THE FOOD, FREE POPCORN, ICE TEA AND LEMONADE WAS DELICIOUS! Monte Cristo with HOME MADE tater tots and my client had a GENEROUS soup and salad!! ❤️❤️
