I’ve never had a sandwich that had such little meat as I did ordering at this location. Half way through my sandwich I just had to take photos. Also when I paid the POS system asked if I wanted to tip. I recommend not ordering from here they are very stingy with portions.

Ordered at 4:50 on 8/24 Sunday. Older worker did not and could not get our order right. Many ingredients missing and some added without asking. Missing cheese, onions and restaurant ran out of bacon. Need better service. Can verify with a receipt. Any other sandwhich place is better.

I was in here today, and the girl Did a fantastic job working all by herself.
She was definitely overwhelmed with online orders and in person orders. However, with about 10 minutes, she was able to complete everything and also apologized for the store being so busy.
Just wanted to put in a good word for this girl who was definitely working hard.

I ordered online. I waited at home till.it said to go pick it up. When i arrived I told her I was picking up and she looked dumbfounded. My sandwich wasn’t ready. So I had to wait another 10 minutes. She laughed at me when I said do I get a discount for waiting. Rita is not supposed to be a manger. Once I got my sandwich it was made SLOPPY because she had to rush and make it. Very bad service

Horrible experience! Never coming to this subway again . Placed a order online , got my food and half way eating my sandwich I notice there was a fly(bug) in my food. Felt absolutely disgusted and physically sick after this. I tried calling about my experience, and got a rude employee that told me I was lying about a bug being in my food. Came in two days later, to talk to the manager Rita. She was unapologetic and didn’t sympathize with the situation. Couldn’t even get a full refund for my food . Super disappointed, as I come here often , because it is closer to my home. Horrible customer service, this is unacceptable. Do better!

Horrible service and rude employees. They messed up my order and instead of fixing it as they should, they blamed it that it was my fault (I ordered it online). She lied and said the meat was mixed with the veggies which was a complete lie. I am allergic to onions and peppers so I could’ve had a really bad reaction and they didn’t take it seriously. Don’t come here at all if you want to go home in a bad mood and an empty wallet from having to order again and again and them messing it up. This really ruined subway for me and I don’t think I’m going to be eating here for quite a while.
