nice staff however they have forgotten a spoon for my soup now 3 times in a row and mind you i order online and always ask for a spoon. couldn’t ask at the drive thru bc the line was so unbelievably slow i had to call in so i wouldn’t be late back to work. they were nice enough to bring it out to me but forgot my dressing i ordered as well as napkins. hate to give them this rating but it’s the third bad experience in a row which always involves forgetting the spoon, last time they failed to mention they were out of a main ingredient in what i had ordered. food was good except for the soup because i had no way to eat it. but overall service was pretty poor doesn’t seem like they care too much about paying attention to bagging your order.

Good coffee and atmosphere. Expensive for what it is but would come again. They have booths. Great place if want a little privacy but still 100% in public and hearing distance.

We ordered rapid pick up and it said asap. The restaurant was dead and only 3 orders “being prepared.” There were several younger employees “working” aka huddle together talking and laughing as we wait over an hour for our food. I asked workers several times about our order and they said they would get to it. People came in, ordered and eat their food while we waited. We wanted to leave but couldn’t. Mind you we had our 3 children with us. When we finally got our food they had our order wrong and our cups of soups were maybe half way full. I would avoid this location!

Nice Panera location on Holland’s northside. Fresh, REAL food- and more expensive because of those facts. My only complaint is that the soup is never served hot enough!
Update July 2024- the soup was hot and probably the best tasting French onion soup I have ever had at a Panera location. Good job!! The salad was perfect too. It’s a little pricey , but it’s healthy and fresh!!

Just ordered food and she give me the bag and when I opened it up the tomato soup top was half on and spilled hot soup in my leg and you can see the bag! Spent lots of money and half the soup is in the freaking bag and my leg!!! I want a refund for the tomato soup.

First a soups forgotten then when we drive back for it the bowl cant even be a third of the way full? Not enough soup for a huge dipper sandwich. Usually inconveniences like wasting gas come with compensation but our time was wasted and now my family is too distraught to enjoy our meal.

This location has went downhill over the last few years. Therefore, I actually stopped going here all together, but received a gift card for Christmas. The chicken in my salad was undercooked and the romaine was all ends. Will not be back.

Good location and clean. Standard Panera menu and set-up, so no complaints.
The food was okay – by far too overpriced for what you actually get. I’m also put off by the asking for a tip annoying when you’re already over-paying and there’s no table service. The soup was not
There is free wi-fi, which is nice, as well as a drive-through. Indoor and outdoor seating is available as well.
Plenty of free parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance.

Went through the drive through today (8/30) at 2 PM when my mobile order was ready. It took us 15 minutes to get from the speaker to the window. When we got to the window, I asked if the food was kept under a warmer because it was a long wait. The girl gave me big attitude that they don’t for mobile orders and I could come talk to the manager. Just didn’t want to eat cold food ♀️

We have been eating at the Panera bread for many years, and most times, we are satisfied. This Holland Panerar bread is tasty, but it seems like the table is never cleaned, and pleace is a mess .
