Hey! What an improvement from a year ago! The facility has been recently renovated; the staff keeps it sparkling clean! I like the outside facade and how it has really improved that corner of town, especially at night with the glow of its colorful lighting. The food is hot and quickly produced. The evening staff is very helpful. And, yes, it is great that their menu includes “all-day breakfast”. Consider dining in next time — inside a well-lighted, clean, and modern restaurant!

I can’t stop saying enough about Kevin, Aaliyah and Rosio they continue to give a million star service to their customers more than just helpful. They’re always ready to serve with a smile and professionalism along with positive attitudes and great personalities. These employees are extremely brilliant at what they do. I can count on one hand the amount of times the drive through has gotten my order right. The last two times I’ve been, I’ve ordered a #3, had the employee confirm twice that I was ordering a #3, and received a #9 anyways (which is a $1.50 cheaper). Order mistakes in the drive-thru are the worst because you don’t find out until you’re home, so I’m down $3 total now + the immeasurable disappointment of not getting the specific burger I’ve been craving. Before the renovations, service and food were much better; I think they’ve had a staff change.

Dear Jack in the box owner / management
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent visit, as I believe it could help improve the overall experience for future customers.
Dining Area:
Upon entering, I noticed that the dining area had a strong odor and appeared to be in need of thorough cleaning. The tables and chairs felt sticky, the dine in light place over the tables had a lot of dust and degree,which detracted from the dining experience.
Additionally, I heard unsettling noises from the ceiling, which raised concerns about possible rodent issues. I recommend a thorough inspection of the premises to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
Restroom Conditions:
The restroom also left much to be desired. It had a strong urine smell, and the floor was unclean. It seems that the bathroom is not being maintained properly, which poses health risks to customers. I believe that providing adequate cleaning supplies and implementing a regular cleaning schedule could significantly improve this situation.
With over 15 years in customer care, I understand the importance of maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Simple measures, such as using affordable cleaning products, can make a big difference.

I came late at night to get a few tacos and chose here instead of Taco Bell down the street at ordered 4 tacos. I get to the window and ask for some hot sauce as I always love to double up on the hot sauce. The employee gave me a grin laughing nervously saying they didnt have any hot sauce. I was like ok and figured they were just out of the packets.: I got home and the tacos had 0 hot sauce in them and was just meat tortilla and lettuce. They should have let me know when I first ordered them. Not acceptable at all!

I picked up an order today and the food tasted awful. The burgers, tacos, and onion rings were extremely bitter, like the oil hadn’t been changed and was burnt. I’ve never had Jack in the Box food taste like this before. The bitterness was overwhelming and made the food inedible. Very disappointed. Please check and change your oil.
