Welcome to Guadalupe Brewing Company & Pizza Kitchen! We are a scratch kitchen making dough for New York Style Pizza, Detroit Style Pizza, Focaccia Bread, Pretzels and Bread Rolls. Our grill is open Friday and Saturday. We are excited about our salads, burgers, steak sandwiches, philly cheesesteaks, quesadillas, hotdogs, hand made mozzarella sticks, fried pickles and loaded fries, salsa and house made chips, and soon the best nachos. I’m so glad we came across Guadalupe Brewing Company! Such a cool, rustic, laid-back set up. Indoor and outdoor seating. Cool decor. Very Texas. Great craft beer and wine selection. On Wednesday nights they also focaccia bread and homemade pretzels. The focaccia and herb butter was very good. The Texas Honey beer and Moscato D’asti were both great. We came on open mic night and thoroughly enjoyed the live music. All very talented. We’re not from this area but hope to visit again. If you’re in the area, definitely check this place out. A Texas gem!

Honestly staff was nice and it was nice weather. The steak burger was amazing, nice and hot but what I wanted was mainly the pizza. Waited an hour to get it (apparently they text when it’s ready? Never received a msg?) only to get a disappointingly low effort cold pizza lol the only saving grace is the pretzels(supposedly a starter, but didn’t get till we asked for our food) and the Steak Burger. Might give another chance but only for burgers if the pizza always turns out like this.

Truly a gem. It’s a lovely place to go on any evening and enjoy some good beer and food. We always got pizza because their Detroit style pizza is amazingly delicious! We lived in Converse and would make the drive up there to enjoy some live music, beer, and pizza on a Friday or Saturday night. You can tell there’s a lot of pride in this brewery and the grounds of it are so cute with the gardens. We always had wonderful service and a wonderful experience.

Guadalupe Brewing Company and Pizza Kitchen is a great spot for a fun and relaxing evening. The Detroit style pizza is absolutely delicious and pairs perfectly with their great selection of beer. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is friendly, and the garden areas add a really nice touch. There’s often live music which makes it even more enjoyable, whether you’re hanging out with friends or spending time with family. Service was excellent and the whole experience was very enjoyable. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area!

This is a great concept overall. There are three main areas to enjoy depending on what you are looking for. Each has their own set of brews on tap and various other options. There is a fantastic outdoor area to enjoy live music as well as a huge indoor venue, a grill, and a pizza kitchen. They really do have everything you need to enjoy some time out. Also, tons of beer selection with some unique recipes they’ve come up with. Great vibe.

This is my first time in Texas ever and I’m so glad I was able to experience Guadalupe brew as my first dinner in Texas. Not only was the food 11/10, but the hospitality and kindness Stephon and David showed us was a 12/10 southern hospitality is real out here and it was just so heart warming to come across two gentlemen who not only love their job and what they do, but have a passion for customer service – it showed through the food and interaction we had with them!
We ordered the: Guadalupe Hawaiian ny style pizza, margherita detroit style pizza, and pizza rolls; all phenomenal! Next time I’m back in new braunfels, I’m stopping by again!
