They didn’t have traditional table service you have to go to the bar to order your food and while they bring it to you, it seems you’re expected to take your empty dish back, which is odd for a sit down place.
The food was just OK. I ordered salmon which came with what the menu called the “vegetable of the day” but instead, I was served rice pudding. Rice pudding is definitely not a veg that really threw me off and made my meal less enjoyable.
If you’re going for drinks and conversation, it could be a nice spot, but if you’re expecting good food and Service, it’s probably not the best choice. A little more attention to customer service and some basic hospitality training could go along way.
The plantains are also delicious. The key lime pie is one of my favorite key lime pies anywhere. Definitely recommend!
