Very cool. Went for a beer, stayed to eat. Food was good, but the star of the show was the bartender/server Destiny. Working a 4322 foot bar solo, she was a top flight artist. Barely took a breath, she kicked serious ass, and remained friendly, helpful with a genuine smile. I had the Chicken Pasta it was a more than adequate portion and tasty. I did notice the burgers and other fare looked very good, too. They were busy mid evening on Saturday, but not slow in the service department. Worth checking out.

Let’s be very clear: this place served raw burgers. Not “slightly pink.” Not “medium.” RAW. Ground beef that is still pink and mushy in the middle is a health risk, period and the photos don’t lie.
When we brought it up, staff initially did not want to remake the food. It took my husband stepping in before anything was done. That alone tells me everything I need to know about how seriously food safety is taken here.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, our to-go order was even worse significantly more pink than the one served at the table. That means this wasn’t a mistake; this is a pattern. Food is being rushed out undercooked and customers are expected to just accept it.
The ONLY upside was the manager, who was polite and ultimately gave us a discount. However, being “nice” does not excuse serving unsafe food or hesitating to fix it. A discount does not undo the fact that we could have gotten sick.
This was disgusting, disappointing, and honestly alarming. If you care about your health, do not eat here until they learn how to properly cook a burger and take customer concerns seriously.

Awesome burgers!!! The MCDOWELL BURGER was my latest and I loved it.. And the PICKLE CHIPS with Comeback sauce are the best fried pickles I have ever had. And the BLANKENSHROOMS are the bomb with the homemade ranch. 2 Big thumbs up

Pulling into the parking lot, we had a choice of two hamburger places. One of them was MugShots, so we decided to give it a try. The burger was great, and the service was excellent. I’ll definitely be back again. I wasn’t at all disappointed; all of my expectations were met. Our waitress was Carissa and she was outstanding.

Food was really good service was great, I went at a weird time so it wasn’t busy but it was picking up as I was leaving. This is the only reason for a 4 and not 5 on atmosphere but I bet it’s really good. Will come back

Food was fresh and superb!!! Service SUCKS…. The servers should have more personality and eager to want a good tip, by not engaging a back and forth with a customer that the customer is paying.. I served at a restaurant before as a young teenager and I NEVER went back and forth with a customer about a meal that they are paying for.. First thing that flew out of her mouth when asked how she was going, she stated “I don’t want to be here”…… like what is this generation of children learning now??? I looked at my husband and gritted my teeth and said you better not tip that waitress… I would of given all stars but servicing ppl in public is HUGE…. This server hates her job…

We started with the appetizer platter with fried green tomatoes, egg rolls, and cheese wedges which was a wonderful choice. We ordered the salad with chicken strips and peanut butter burger. The french fries were delicious and the burger woke up every taste bud in my mouth. It was prepared correctly and complimented nicely with perfect garnishment. Our server was amazing and glasses were always full.
