I stopped in Stall 4, placed my order. The person who answered was rude and short. Noticed the touch screen was broken. Unable to leave a tip.
I waited thirty minutes in the Stall, watching the meter count down and say my food was delivered. Had to ask where my food was. Waited an additional 10 minutes for my bag of food.
I spoke to the manager, he explained he only had one closer and a car hop leaving in 20 minutes.
Asked to borrow a restroom. He informed me the restroom was outside, but the key had been broken off in the lock for a while now. It was currently unavailable.
When I got home, my food was stone cold and the order was wrong.
I went back. Asked for the correct order. Still waiting another 20 minutes before I got the correct order.
Drive thru is faster, but honestly, you’re better off going to Whataburger. The burgers are better.

Truly incompetent staff. Ordered a few times in person as well as through Door Dash and I don’t remember one time them including a spoon for the Shakes. You can’t drink it with a straw. Half the time they include a straw, the other half of the time there is nothing, never do they include napkins. What a joke. This is a consistent issue at most Sonics in the Austin Metro area for whatever reason. Truly poor management and owners not doing their job properly.

I ordered a medium Lemon Berry Slush with added Blue Raspberry flavor and a Route 44 water. The slush didn’t appear to be made correctly…the server assured me the flavor was added in the middle, so I stirred it and gave it a try. Unsurprisingly, there wasn’t even a hint of Blue Raspberry.
I asked for a replacement and received a second cup that contained what appeared to be rotten fruit. When I opened the lid, without me having to say a word…the server immediately apologized and said he wasn’t the one who made the drink. I then asked for a refund, which he acknowledged before walking away. However, he returned shortly after with yet another drink and informed me that they don’t issue refunds.
At that point, I simply told him to have a good night and left. I don’t expect perfection from a fast food place, but basic customer service and getting my order right shouldn’t be too much to ask. This was only my second visit to this Sonic location on Baghdad Street in Cedar Park, and it will definitely be my last.
Hopefully others have a better experience than I did. Thankfully, I didn’t order any food this time.
Side Note: I wish I had gotten pictures however I was shocked of the audacity of them serving me rotten fruit

To begin with, I couldn’t order through the app. I tried to register, but it said it wasn’t possible. Then I ordered at the drive-thru, and the girl couldn’t hear me well. They didn’t give me my receipt, so I had to order more at the window with the girl directly, and it took forever to deliver my order.

This place is horrible. We’ve tried coming back multiple times to hopefully catch them on a better day. Not only do you have to wait 45 minutes for a simple item, even after you purchase your food they don’t believe you when you’re missing items. Had to wait an additional 20 minutes for the window person to come back just for them to ask for our receipt because “it wasn’t on our order” just to show them the receipt to have them then take 10 minute to make that as well. Not only that, they handed our shakes, and one of them had the lid off with ice cream dripping off from it. They do not care it’s not just a low staffing issue they literally do not care at all. Also fries are stale. Haven’t touched our sandwiches yet, hopefully we have something right with those.

Who comes out and asks why it taking so long to order?!?! Making explain I was placing it on my phone…You take your time bringing it out why can’t a customer have time to order didn’t know it was a certain timeframe. You should be happy anyone is coming to your subpar establishment. It was the only thing open on the way i was going. Don’t often stop at sonic … Just reminded why….

Was at a buddies house and we wanted some late snacks so we decided to door dash some Sonic. When it arrived I was very disappointed which what was sent. The chili cheese tots were only 2/3 full, the tots were under cooked, practically no chili or cheese, and only a sprinkle of onions. To say I was unimpressed and dissatisfied is an understatement.
