Had lunch at Burgers, Blues and BBQ and it absolutely hit the spot. The burger was outstanding—juicy, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. You can tell they don’t cut corners when it comes to the food.
The service was just as great—friendly, fast, and welcoming. The staff made sure everything was perfect from start to finish.

B3 catered our son’s wedding rehearsal dinner this month and it was a huge success thanks to Jae & Chef Nick! The food was incredible–pulled pork and chicken with all the fixins’ and sides plus an incredible charcuterie style appetizer table and fabulous dessert table with their famous bread pudding bites and lemon bars! The presentation was beautiful and Jae & Chef Nick were kind, efficient, professional, and so very easy to work with through the entire planning process and execution of the event. They truly made it stress free for me since we were from out of state. They made the event memorable and all the guests were above complimentary! The counter was a bit congested at the Madison location despite the place not feeling packed. Once we ordered and got seated the appetizer (fried pickles) came out quick. We then waited over 30minutes for our meal. Multiple tables around us were waiting and asking the servers where their meals were while a big table was served despite ordering after the rest of us. I got the hwy 61 smash burger- it came out cold to the touch, bun and patty. I got Mac n cheese as a side and liked it. It was creamy and well seasoned. The tots my husband has were crispy and crunchy. He got the comeback burger- it was warmer than mine but he was underwhelmed. It is a Friday night so maybe the are slammed with to go orders ♀️ we were excited about the banana pudding but opted not to order it and just pick up something sweet on the way home. We probably won’t come back.

One of the best turkey burgers I’ve ever had ! The homemade fries are equally addictive.
