paid $12 for a bowl and it came out extremely watery and soggy. The rice and sauce were separated, the lettuce was wilted, and it looked nothing like it usually does. It wasn’t edible.
When I asked for it to be remade, the employee said they could remake it but that it would “come out the same.” I asked why it’s usually not watery, and they said that’s just how the rice came out today. If the rice was made incorrectly, it should have been remade properly instead of being served that way.
On top of that, I also received the wrong drink. For the price, I expected much better quality and service. Very disappointing experience.

I don’t know what changed about this location because they used to be good but recently the employee’s have been asking us to reverse behind the sensor so their drive-thru times seem better than it actually is. I mobile ordered 3 soft taco’s and the Cantina chicken taco meal with chips and a water bottle and I got everything but the chips and they left out the water until I had to wait for them to open the window again to ask and they were giving weird looks to me because… I asked for something I paid for? Disappointed but not surprised, I will be going to a farther location next time to see if they’re any better

This location used to be great but now it absolutely sucks. They up my order anytime I go there. I very clearly order vegetarian foods and there is beef or chicken in my entire order without fail. How hard is it to leave off a protein? The receipt clearly shows no meat. Sloppy and just bad.

Went through the drive through the other night and the experience was alright over all until we discovered we were missing an item and the other items were wrapped so poorly food was falling out everywhere. I went in to inform them of our missed item. Stood at the counter for a few mins before someone came over, tried to get her attention but was ignored by her than another employee before (whom I’m assuming was the manager) came from the back and asked if i needed anything. She went to make the item, someone else from the line saw I was waiting and immediately came to see if I needed help, (wish I’d caught his name cause he was very nice). At this point the girl at the window hears what I’m missing and yells to another guy that the person was there to get the item he threw out, or from what I i could tell dropped on the floor. Overall the manager and one employee were nice the other three didn’t seem to care, aside from ignoring customers, dropping food on the floor and at most just sweeping it behind a wall, there was food all over the floor which made it just feel dirty and disgusting in there. I personally will never buy food from there again.

I’ve had 3 issues out of the past 5 times I’ve been here. 60% chance that something’s wrong with my order isn’t a good score.
With that said, I won’t stop coming here because I love Taco Bell too much and they will make it right if you ask, but hopefully a review can improve things a little. The staff here are nice too.

Took way too long to get my food, really bad service. An employee at the counter said: “I’m tired of calling out names ima just leave it here” and proceeded to leave orders on the counter and make people walk up to check if it was theirs. The service was overall way too slow considering the resteraunt was almost empty. The food was inconsistent. The taco and challupa were pretty good, but there was a large clump of sour cream at the back of the challupa and the 5 layer burrito was less than well made. The beans were in solid clumps and the sauce and cheese was incredibly inconsistent throughout the whole burrito.

Made sure to order from the vegetarian section, selected a vegetarian combo, confirmed at the drive through kiosk and while taking my order. Still you suck up…!?

If you haven’t been to this Taco Bell in a while, try it again! New management, faster service and lots of friendly faces. The drive thru line was fast and the employees were great! I highly recommend ❤️

On August 5th I placed an online order and I waited 10 minutes and no one answered. They don’t have a sign stating that they are closed. I spotted three employees in there and no one answered the drive thru. I payed 14 dollars for my order and didn’t get any food since these people are slacking on their job. It say it close at 1 am and no one is working when there are even three people inside. This is a very sad behavior!!
