Had to tell them 3 times what we wanted, then drove home to enjoy what we thought would be a fun meal. We ordered the Southern Fried Shrimp Special, but we got the Surf and Turf meals instead. The fries were over salted and soft. We only live 4 miles from the store where we ordered at. Ridiculous!!

I ordered in the drive thru. The young man who took my order was very pleasant and personable. He was very thorough in taking my order, didn’t forget to ask about every item. The girl that I paid was pleasant also and fast. The guy at the window who gave me my food was friendly and smiling. It’s a very efficient TEAM.

Barely go here used to love Zaxby’s but now try like once a year and somehow they just manage to keep getting worse and the food like why do they keep going up but quality just keeps going down got uncooked chicken and plain fries like do they have any fry seasoning anymore? Or did they get rid of that? Bc I only get plain fries for some reason no matter if u tell them extra seasoning so is there just no seasoning and I’m not getting it? And like if your going to charge what you do for a plate then it should be eatable

Zaxby’s on 28 bypass in beautiful Anderson South Carolina is the best restaurant to eat at. They are friendly, fast, and the Chicken is delicious. There parking lot is accommodating to anyone who wants to dine, and upon entering the establishment they greeted me with “hey welcome to Zaxby’s so I felt right at home.

Waited for almost 40 mins before they took my order.had nothing but rude employees throughout the whole time and then when I get home I find this as my wings and things!!! Will not return here!! The problem is kids running the whole place and don’t care how food gets sent out!!

The food at this location can be a hit or miss. My last 2 visits have been a miss. I was there on Thursday night, and the wings weren’t fully cooked. I had to place them in the air fryer to finish them up. The chicken strip were good.

My order was late. Didn’t have my sauces I paid for. My order was missing food. After paying 41 dollars. There was no one in the drive through ordering and the parking lot wasn’t full. Not sure where the issue was with why things went wrong today.

We had the worst experience here last night and I could not get in touch with anyone to let them know my husband had plastic in his sandwich. I called multiple times and no one would answer the phone. I did call the one on Clemson boulevard and they did answer and the lady was very nice. I let them know the situation. We will never go back again!
