Disappointing and inaccurate order
I ordered two meals to be delivered: one with spicy chicken and one with grilled nuggets. What I received was completely wrong—just a bundle of veggies, no spicy chicken, and breaded nuggets instead of grilled. No protein, no explanation. For the price, this was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Do better.

Some of my food was forgotten called and they quickly let me know I could come back to retrieve the order after I drive 35 mins to the other side but offered to upgrade my food to a complete meal. Great customer service overall

Just went through the drive thru ,and ofcourse they didn’t give me dressing for my salad. Who eats a salad without dressing? They weren’t even busy so this is very upsetting to me. Maybe instead of saying my pleasure they should actually pay attention to getting the order right instead.

We frequent this place often for a convenient, quick dine-in when we don’t feel like preparing lunch at home. Lately the bun on the spicy chicken sandwich is getting pretty small! Sometimes you have to send the waffle fries back because they scrape the bottom of the bin and you get all these little pieces that can’t even be dipped in ketchup. We also have a hard time finding a clean table. Most of the time you have to “flag down” someone to fill your drink. Why not go to soda machines like everyone else?

Finally gets to have the famous Chick-Fli-A !
Me and my friend both ordered Grilled chicken sandwich, the chicken is well cooked, tender and somehow juicy, with their own honey roasted BBQ sause and TEXASPETE hot sause, plus lettuce and a slice of tomato , i will have to say it’s really worth it’s reputation!!!
Their services is also good with enthusiasm, while not overkill the atmosphere.
Meanwhile, it’s a family-friendly environment, playground in the center is way more creative than other fast food chains.

Place got horrible service, Manger is straight trash they messed up my order and then he aint try to replace it. Buddy was ready to go home. Told them to make sure there was no bacon added they still put it gave me a whole different salad. I paid for a 2 uber there and back cuz im a truck driver.

I had not gone in a while. I was surprised. I got a discount. I rarely do chicken sandwich. It was good. In a fast food place I like to refill my drink. I like to do it myself. I noticed that all soda stations were behind the counter. This may be for protection so people don’t take more than what they paid. I was upset about this. I told my coworker that they should have a server come and ask if we needed a refill since I can’t go do it myself. My drink was out and wanted more. Since I was eating inside for lunch I stayed my hour. Sometime in the middle of my hour the food server came up and said if I needed a mint. I said yes and asked if I could get a refill. He said yes and refilled my drink. I felt that the service was better than what I expected. I will go back and try something different. It’s the little things that make your dinning experience more pleasant.

This will be my last time visiting this location for a while. I have no idea what is going on but the last few times I have gone the food quality has gone way down. This morning I got breakfast and the egg white I received was paper thin and rubbery. We also got a sausage sandwich and the sausage was dry and hard like cardboard. We have ordered both of these menu items many times and never had issues until recently.

Great sandwiches, service is fast and friendly. My son loves their chicken and I enjoy their breakfast. Place is immaculate, super clean and all the tables are sanitized after each customer.
The only minus is the drive thru, 25 minute wait.
