I had an amazing experience at Yawdie Restaurant in Brooklyn. I’ve known the owner for a long time, and watching his growth and passion come to life in this new chapter truly made me proud. When I stopped by, he greeted me with nothing but class and hospitality and immediately made me feel at home.
He brought out a variety of dishes perfectly seasoned french fries, juicy shrimp, and the most delicious sliders. Every single thing I tasted was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with love. The presentation was on point, and the service from his staff was just as warm and welcoming.
Seeing him step boldly into the restaurant world and excel the way he is? That’s a beautiful thing. He’s always been a gentleman with impeccable quality, and now his food reflects that same standard.
If you’re in Brooklyn, make sure you stop by Yawdie Restaurant. The food is excellent, the energy is right, and you will definitely leave satisfied.

10/10! I seen this place pop up on my social media twice and I just had to come. Everything was amazing! Literally everything I ordered was a hit! Definitely get that 6 pack lemonade! Now the vegan ice cream chef Damien gave us at the end… CRAZY! I just left and I already want more

Hands down the best sliders I’ve had in the Flatbush area. The coconut shrimp is a hit as well as the jerk chicken slider. I had high hopes for the Jerk Lemonade and it definitely lived up to expectation!

Vegan options!! Wow, you must come here. The owner and chef is super friendly and the food is absolutely delicious.
I got the jerk beyond meat slider and the breaded sweet plantain fries. They were so crispy! The sauce it comes with is bommmbbbb. They need to bottle up their sauces and sell them bc I would legit buy it every month. So yummy.
Will def be coming back here again when I’m in the area. They also had a sample of ice cream that was vegan – it was a rum flavored one which I normally don’t like rum but it was really tasty.

Omg!!! I found this place looking for a casual eating experience. First of all the vibe of this place is soo welcoming. The gentleman who greater me was sooo sweet!! I knew i wanted to try the jerk cheeseburger slider but i wasn’t sure of what else to try and he recommended the coconut shrimp slider. I was waffling on whether to get a side because didn’t wanna get too full. Then he told me not to worry. I paid for my order not knowing what to expect. When he brought out my food there was a side of plantain fries!!!! That’s was very kind of him. I inhaled my meal in seconds!!! Guys just go and try it!! Trust me you will not be disappointed!! As a Bronx native I will drive to Brooklyn again for this!!

We traveled 50 minutes from Queens! It’s was worth the ride.. Dameon provided great service!!! The food was 10 out of 5!! All the items we had was amazing .. Jerk lemonade, jerk chicken slider, shrimp slider, sweet potato fries, jerk ice cream and rum raisin ice cream!! We took extra sliders for later lmaoo.

Found this place in tik tok and stopped by after a class in the neighborhood and was not disappointed. Everything was delicious and the service impeccable. Had the jerk chicken slider, herb salad, sweet potato fries and the jerk lemonade. Also love the music, I will definitely be back!

We ordered all of the sandwiches on the menu to try them all. The sandwiches are medium sized. Two of them would definitely fill you up! So much flavor and freshly made. The owner is fantastic, attentive and made the experience even better. The food was so good I bought another order for my family! We will definitely be back. Oh and be sure to ask if there is ice cream available as that is amazing as well!

Let me explain this to you. This place is paradise for your body, mind and soul. The food is fresh, delicious, presented well, phenomenal and made with love. The only reason that I have no photos to attach is because I wolfed it down so fast because of how irresistible and delicious it was. I can’t find enough words to tell you how nourished my body feels after having the delicious burger and fries I just had along with the lemonade. I am FULLY satisfied. There is also a lemon and pesto ice-cream here that will make you close your eyes, moan in delight and indulge as it is so smooth, creamy and delicious. The food, the vibes, everything about Yawdie is happiness and joy. Come here and do it quick! Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
