My husband and I went here on our weekly date night. We sat outside by the water. They had nice 80s soft music playing on the speakers that we enjoyed. We had an appetizer special (I think they were called blue cheese chips?) that were absolutely amazing! Should make them a regular on the menu! I had the Mahi mahi blackened with green beans. It was very good. It’s hard to find Mahi cooked right and it was perfect. My husband had the sirloin . He did notice that there wasn’t that much seasoning on it. He added a bit of salt and pepper but he said it was a great cut of meat. He had a loaded backed potato with it and we also both had salads. Our waitress was very attentive and kept our drinks full. She was very nice and helpful. Wish I would have remembered her name to give her a shout out lol. So sorry, I am bad with names. Although we ate outside we noticed the indoor decor reminded us of the 80s. From the lights above the tables to the tables themselves. We liked it. It adds character to the place. We will definitely be back.

Excellent service. Early bird specials 400-530 saves a few bucks. House tossed salad was bland. Iceberg lettuce with some red onion, one cherry tomato and one cucumber slice.
Steak fries were good. Prime rib was just ok but super tender. The wife got the jumbo scallops but they weren’t jumbo. And and there were only 4 of them. We did ask before ordering and we were told there were 5-6 and that sometimes people had to take them home to finish. Our waitress was top notch. Very attentive and informative.

We had a fantastic time at Waterfrontoo! The atmosphere was vibrant, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, personable, and efficient. My food was good. The calamari was delicious and my NY Strip, shrimp, and vegetables were also tasty. It’s no surprise that this place receives such great reviews—we completely understand why. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area, and don’t forget to ask the owner for the “special ketchup.”
On a lighter note, I had a good laugh at some of the other reviews (sorry, Erik with a K, for the burn)! I even considered leaving a negative comment just to provoke a humorous response from the owner. So, can the owner please roast my review in some way?

My wife and I visited Waterfrontoo a few nights ago for the first time after having driven past it many times. Let me tell you the reviews you read about this wonderful restaurant do not do it justice. I have given out my share of negative reviews in the past, but it really takes a lot for me to get to that level. We found Waterfrontoo the complete opposite of those who have disregarded it. For starters, our server was outstanding. She consistently checked on us just enough to make sure we were doing alright, but not too much to where she was overbearing. While we visited during evening hours and could not enjoy the water view, we still found the inside to be very clean, cozy, and pleasant. There is ample seating for large parties and the bar area was quite jumping with patrons the night we went. As for the food, it could not have been more delicious. My wife ordered the prime rib and was very happy not only with its flavor, but also its warmth and color. Her baked potato was also cooked just how she likes them. The New York strip I ordered came out just as I asked, which was medium. It had a very flavorful seasoning and was tender to cut. My side of steak fries came out piping hot and also were cooked really well.
All in all, look past the negative reviews (of which most sound too outlandish to even be true). This restaurant is well worth a visit, and it is a place we will be dining at again in the future.

The food was not great. From the beginning the rolls are microwaved muffins you know when you over microwave bread and it moist and sticky well these are the muffins ( rolls). The salad the cut and wash in house. I know this because they don’t dry the iceberg before they put it in the salad bowl so it is wet. There was a layer of water at the bottom of our salad bowls. Ok I can deal with this. It’s a steak seafood place and busy so I’m sure the steaks will be great. Nope. Husband got a $42 filet and I got a sirloin both charred black on the outside and extremely over cooked. We ordered medium. Very disappointed it was an expensive dinner we had to ask server 2 times for another drink and didn’t apologize for the steaks. I don’t know why this place was so busy. Better places to eat in town

Very good food, though my wife’s pasta was better than my blackened grouper. The grilled shrimp was the best of the meal. The beer buns are ok, but not spectacular- could be more flaky and light, but I think that’s what they are going for.
Atmosphere is really cozy and old school, though a little noisy, when closer to the early bird.
All in all, would definitely come again, and I recommend!

This is our second time here for dinner. The restaurant terrace overlooking the water is so beautiful. It is so enjoyable to dine outdoors and watch the sunset.
My family’s ordered the Prime Rib Sandwich last time and he told all his friends that it was the best Prime Rib Sandwich in Vencie, so he ordered it again today. He also has the escargot, which he is obsessed with, and he always orders it.
I wasn’t so lucky, I ordered lobster tail last time and salmon today with onion and mushrooms as side dishes, the overall feeling was that it all seemed to have been dipped in a frying pan, there was too much oil left on the plate and the salmon had a very sweet sauce on it, it was just greasy and sweet. Too much oil and sugar is too unhealthy.
Hopefully next time I can find a dish I like on the menu.

I just had the ribs and their prime rib salad all fresh. I’ve been going there for 20 years waterfront and now waterfront too. If I could give him better than a five star I would family owned. They all work hard thank you for being my neighbor.

Had a filet mignon the was completely burnt and dry. My wife’s steak burnt even more. If I were the chef, I would be embarrassed to send that out. Salad had lots of water in it. Rolls were gross (like muffins). Service was not good either. Always had to ask for refills on drinks and seek the waitress out. Just all bad.
For the price there are many better alternatives around
