Buzzy, industrial-chic tavern featuring inventive sandwiches & cocktails, plus a patio.

Fun spot to grab a light meal & hang with friends. Cool interior, outdoor patio, seating available inside. Sandwiches are pretty tiny & the price reflects that. LOVE the coke slushy
Adjoining parking lot is expensive, so look for street parking around the area.

I got food poisoning from what I’m assuming is the Vic-Fil-A. I’m a recurring customer of every couple months. It’s disappointing this happened. There may be a flaw in their consistency and quality of all menu items. Normally, I just order the tea bird sandwich with an occasional house salad. This time I ordered one tea bird and one Vic-Fil-A and a cobb salad. After eating both sandwiches and experiencing unpleasant illness, I simply threw the uneaten salad in the trash. I didn’t want to risk it.

Consistently delicious, fast, and cool. Daytime it’s chill. Night time it becomes more like a bar.
Love the ramen and the popcorn.
Love the Hambo, Little Havana, Pork Banh Appetit and Tea Bird. Victory at Sea is an absolute must if you like anchovies.

Came in on a late Wed night after eating at 246. Sat at the bar and the bartender, Emily, had great customer service (better than at 246). I wasn’t really hungry but I ordered the salad to feel like I did something good ( and it had a lot of healty ingredients like beets! Lol) so I ordered that and a Margherita (their house is Espolon Blanco and repo for less than 10 bucks) that was good! The salad was great! And I overall enjoyed my visit.

Came here for lunch after a grocery shop at DeKalb Farmers Market as it was a sunny day after some days of rain. First time I’ve been to this location as I like their Inman Park location. I got the Tea Bird and Little Havana sandwiches while my wife got the Tea Bird and the Beast on Yeast, both on gluten free bread. All the sandwiches are awesome. Definitely worth getting two of you’re hungry, as they’re not huge on their own, but perfect if you’re in for some of their beers on tap and just want a nice sized snack sandwich to go with. Outdoor patio was great and it was very nice to have a good meal out in the sun. This is a perfect place for a quick drink or to bring the family for a meal outside. Highly recommend.

weird frat type vibes, honestly expected given the area it’s in. the sandwiches we got were definitely not worth $6 a piece, but to be fair we shouldn’t have gotten the beet sandwich and the “teabird”. the coke slushies were pretty okay but also overpriced, and our little “appetizers” were just not hitting at all
overall, if you go here on a weekly basis you probably need to find a better spot to hang out and spend your money at in the area

Spent the afternoon in Decatur and took our little dog along. Just bar hopping and wanted to go to Victory for a bite and some slushies. Checked online to make sure they were pet friendly. Said “pets were allowed on their large outdoor patio” per Google and BringFido.
Well we sat on their large outdoor patio only to be greeted by an employee who said pets were only allowed at 2 little folding table set ups in front of the building which were occupied. So we took our business elsewhere and will continue to do so. Shame because we like the place. But don’t let Google fool ya. Pets are not allowed on patio as was described online.

Overall a nice spot to grab a quick lunch in Decatur. The sandwiches are pretty small and quality can vary. The Little Havana sandwich I had was flavorful but the meat was dry. My partner enjoyed her VLT but found the pimento cheese side underwhelming. During their busy time it can be loud but the atmosphere and service very good.

Good prices, great service, and excellent food and drinks. We had a large party (18 or so), and every single person was thrilled with their orders. All of the sandwiches were excellent, and at $5 a piece, we all got to try a few different ones. The cocktails were similarly delicious, and our servers were friendly and patient through all of it. It took a little while for our food to come out, but I would attribute that to the size of our group.
All in all, a great place for drinks or for dinner, and especially for a group that can’t decide which one they want!

Great spot for a late-night bite and drink. Stays open until 2 and has a tasty menu. My husband and I wanted to get out of the house late one night and decided to stop by here. The menu is very simple and the food is very decently priced. They have a “popcorn of the day” which is $3.50. When we went it was cheddar and jalapeno (I believe). They have several sandwiches, which is what they’re known for as a sandwich bar. There is a vegetarian option called the beeter, which is pretty good. It’s consists of beets and kimchi and cost $4. Each basket comes with a small amount of chips so I do recommend ordering an additional side if you are hungry. There’s also a drink menu which is as lengthy as the food menu. My husband said his drink was REALLY good. They also have ping pong in the back of the restaurant for those who might want to burn a little energy. I love the atmosphere this place which is and open and very laid-back cool. Highly recommend.
