I do really like Qdoba usually, but today was the exception. The restaurant needs some mopping and general cleanup. Three of the drink choices weren’t working. (3 out of 8) There was tea, but no sweetener choices outside of regular sugar. I can’t do real sugar. Just disappointing. The food was okay….but the chicken was not flavorful. Not sure when, or if, I’ll be back.

My bowls sautéed veggies was cut in huge chunks, and the label was left on. I’m sure if no one cared to remove the sticker it probably wasn’t even washed before cutting. My stomach was turned when I saw this and the entire bowl went in the trash. Because Theron’s telling what else was wrong with it I wasn’t able to see. I’ll never understand why people get these type of jobs to serve people food they wouldn’t even eat or approve of.

Zero stars if I could. Placed order through Uber Eats. Found two pieces of a plastic bag in a made to order bowl. God only knows what else was in the mix. Insects perhaps? Portion size was ridiculously small for the price and food was ice cold. Called the store and the staffer who answered the phone was extremely rude and kept talking over me. Both the store and Uber Eats refused to refund. Will NEVER do business with that store or any other Qdoba location. Save your money; it’s totally disgusting, and based on other reviews here, I’m not alone in my thinking.

As a former Qdoba lover, you will never see me again. Wish I had a food scale to show you how they are robbing people. And you still charge me full price? Never again. Pico de gallo not drained or slotted spoon so I get 4 oz of water on the bottom of my bowl. Worst visit ever. 1/29/26 evening shift

The food is really good, staff were kind when I couldn’t hear properly which was much appreciated. It was a bit loud and crowded but that’s expected from somewhere like this. Overall, I really liked it here!

Made two orders online of chicken and steak burritos. After I arrived home my wife and I discovered there were 2 pieces of steak and chicken in each burrito. Looks like we paid for rice and beans. I don’t recommend any online orders from this store.

Our experience at the venetucci blvd location in Colorado springs was awesome!! despite it being near closing time Alicia ( hopefully spelling her name correctly;) was kind, helpful, and speedy with preparing our food. Would definitely recommend!!
