Unbelievable at this place I ordered 2 of the blue raspberry slushes they lady says there all out so I said it’s ok I’ll take sprite and gave me foam in a cup I asked her what is this and she says oh well that’s what’s coming and walked away I then told her to give me 2 cups for regular drinks and she had an attitude about it so unreal

I am truly outraged and disgusted with the service I received today. I first got in line at 10:55 and asked if I could order lunch. I was told “no, you have to wait 5 minutes”. I go around to the end of the drive thru line for a second time to pass the 5 minutes. I proceed to order two grinch meals. The gentleman gives me my total. After 10 minutes of waiting in line after paying. Manager Wendy tells me that they’re all sold out and don’t have any grinch meals. I say ok and take my refund. I ask if I can order a happy meal and pay for it. She had the biggest attitude, huffing and puffing along with rolling her eyes as if she expected me to go through the drive thru line again for a THIRD time. I come here often as a mom of 4 kids! I’m truly disappointed and will drive the extra 15 minutes to a different McDonalds so I don’t have to deal with such poor customer service. I have been in the serving industry for over 17 years and never complain because we all have our days! But this was completely unacceptable.

Terrible experience. We treated our students to McDonald’s and were handed a torn bag with the comment, “If it falls out, put it back yourself.” The food wasn’t hot and seemed to come from another location. Awful service and zero customer care. Thankfully, not all McDonald’s are like this one. We truly hope management takes steps to improve service at this location.

I did contact customer service and I asked for store manager. This time the drive through door was slammed in my face. First thing this morning. Because McDonald’s charges for every shot put into hot brew coffee. Only ice coffee gets fresh vanilla. But that wasn’t said to me. Or shown on the app or the menu. I’ve never heard anything like this.

Just came from this location and they didn’t understand english. i told them dbl quarter meal and make the fries med and large unsweet tea with light ice. he didn’t tell me how much and said go to the window. he still haven’t told me and took my payment and asked if i want a receipt and i said no. 2nd window she gave me my bag and i look and it was $16 and change. i asked her for the receipt and i glance and realized they charged me extra fries. i went in and got my refund and i said thank you and she just smile and chuckled like she didn’t understand a word i just said. PLEASE DO BETTER.

Service is extremely poor. The staff acts like it’s an inconvenience for them to do their job and talk to the customers who are trying to order. Once they acknowledge you after you stand there for for 10-15 minutes, there’s nothing but attitude. It’s shocking how you can have that many managers with that type of attitude. The store is always filthy when you walk in and the bathrooms are also horrendous, and to top this off, I ordered something a specific way due to food allergies, and that message was missed completely and when I made a complaint, I just got a shrug of the shoulders and an argument about my “allergy”. Very pool establishment with their staff. Hope it gets better soon.

I get the same thing every time, and depending on my day I will make 3 stops for said coffee.
But for some reason when I go to this location they never get it right. I have never had a coffee made the way i order it. So thats why the 3 star

Never going there again. I was halfway through my sausage McMuffin with cheese And I realized the egg was black absolutely disgusting. If I get sick, I am suing these these idiots!!! Worst fast food experience of my life. Every employee or just about seems to be high on something, an employee swept a big pile of dust right through the line of customers rudely, and then just left it there. Me and my coworker waited 45 min for orders that had to be asked for 15 times. Our name would be called and they would set the bag down but not where we could grab it and walk away, we literally had to verbally remind your employees to get us our food after they called our names it was so bad it was almost funny. Then the deluxe sandwitch meal came with a small piece of a chicken breast on it, maybe 1/3 of the size it’s been every single other time I’ve ordered. I then got attitude when I had to ask for my drink cup for the third time because she would turn around and forget what she was doing as she turned,, you guys are normally stellar whoever is working the floor today needs to be fired asap.. food is cold, looks terrible tastes bad and had the worst service I’ve ever seen in person. Sucks because you guys have been awesome for the most part we come every day from work.

Horrible service today, had to wait 30 plus minutes for my food, curbside never delivered it to my car, they tried to give me someone else’s food I should have took it. They also shorted my food I didn’t get my nuggets, I was on lunch so it was like ridiculous, slow,service . The staff could care less about anything. Rude speaking Spanish to me no idea what she said. I will avoid this place.
