We had the BEST service at this location. I’ve visited several other IHOP restaurants and they’re “ok” but this location was so CLEAN, friendly and the food was actually delicious.

Second time there and the service is awful.. I spent a good portion of my adult life as a waitress. I could definitely understand if she had been slammed. She wasn’t. And as a funny side note .. I actually worked at an IHOP many moons ago.

What a nice IHOP! The service was super friendly and the food was delicious. It was bigger than I realized and right next to a hotel and the outlet stores. Can’t wait to come back with my kids to have them eat free! The IHOPPY HOUR looks great too!

As soon as we walked in we were greeted and then we were seated and our waitress was Sarah. The service was fast and the waitress was very polite. The outside of ihop was clean and picked up this establishment looks better than the 1 in Visalia. The inside of IHOP was clean and welcoming. The food was delicious I forgot how good the pancakes were at ihop I don’t go to IHOP without my mom this is her breakfast spot above all other places she had the breakfast sampler and I had the chicken breakfast sandwich the breakfast sandwich was really good and had pickles on it also 2 pancakes instead of fries. My mom ate most of her breakfast but likes to save half for lunch today was Mother’s Day thank you to all the waitresses who work this day to provide and keep their families happy.

As a special needs family, we would like to give our waiter,Dory, a big shoutout for making our day yesterday.
Going out with our special needs daughter is not easy at times, but going to a restaurant who accommodates your request to “sit farther” is so important.. but to have a waiter like Dory makes our outings feel “normal.”
Dory offered us a kind gesture as we waited for our food that helped my daughter as we waited for our food, and that just made our whole day! We wanted to make sure we praised her work and the location for making our day!
