Poor customer service. The staff are rude and don’t know how to talk to customers. When I ordered my food the women on the other side was really rude. I then had to go inside because she forgot to put my BBQ sauce in the bag which is no big deal but when I asked her for a BBQ sauce she proceeds to say “ I put it in the bag already” with an attitude. I did get my sauce but I don’t understand what the attitude was about because there was no one inside or outside store. I have given this Burger King MULTIPLE chances but each time I come here they are all extremely rude.

Got the old burger that someone left without and sat under a heat lamp all day. Nothing fresh about it. I hate that. I like my food made for me hot and ready. Not a burger kept alive all day to avoid throwing away food. Its cheap. Let it go give people good food.

The food is pretty darn good, at this location. Burger King, is my FAVORITE among all of the fast food chains and this one did not disappoint. The food was EXACTLY how I ordered it and fresh. The staff is young and eager to learn, while maintaining a professional, yet playful attitude. They work well together and get the job done. The establishment itself is beyond clean. Everything is stocked in the drink area, properly. There is a shortage of nothing and this is an overall beautiful location. If you want it, the way the “King”, (and corporate intended) THIS is where you want to spend your money!

After a very long time, I just felt today to try Burger King and got double whopper meal from drive thru. The severs seem a bit rude while taking order and even worse not giving me a ketchup which I did notice after I was gone , and the taste was mediocre to say the least.

I’ve NEVER gotten a correct order from here. In the 5 years and 7 visits at this location, my order has always been wrong, the customer service has been GARBAGE, and I’ve had to wait 20+ minutes at the DRIVE-THRU for my order. I attempted to see if they could redeem themselves tonight to no avail. They’re rude, inept, and the atmosphere is all-around shady. Burger King: DO BETTER!!! Also, everytime I’ve ordered, at least 1 item on my list THEY DON’T HAVE.

Right off the bat, negativity. The woman who took the order, needs to go back to her mother land because she’s doesn’t listen or speak very good English. Her attitude threw me off RIGHT away.
This order was for both my husband and I. We have to talk to someone because Burger Kings app won’t let you substitute on drinks. We don’t drink soda. I decided to go in and order. Already negative vibes when staff acts like you’re coming in to complain, rather than order food. I did my husband’s order 1st. Very easy. Large Double Bacon King but he wanted a fruit punch instead of a soda. She didn’t type anything, just looked at me saying, “is that all?” Mine? I’m a bit “picky”. So I said I wanted a Quarter Pounder with cheese but only Ketchup and mustard. She said they don’t put mustard on burgers so it’ll go on the side. Ok, then Ketchup and mayo. I asked if I could get a freeze instead. She said yes, kind of typing in the order now. I also asked if I could substitute my fries for chicken fries… even if its extra… I didn’t care. She said no, only onion rings. I said ok, I’ll just have the fries. Medium though. And a side of chicken fries.
If you can’t remember what a customer says, start typing in RIGHT AWAY.
The receipt clearly shows she needs to start typing right away. Even my husband, who rarely listens, can repeat what I said word for word. The order was NOT what I told her.
Where is my husband’s large meal? Where is my medium meal? And why does my quarter pounder with cheese have onions (doesn’t agree with my body) and pickles???
Was our 1st… AND LAST… time at this Burger King. I agree with another review, this place should close… what a dreadful experience and outcome.
