Even though I do like the tacos I always ask myself after I eat them “why”. I waited in the drive through 30 minutes for 4 tacos, ate 3 and won’t be back, at least not for another year. The staff was great. Very friendly. Maybe other items on the menu are better but I’m not going to try them.

I gave 1 star for everything because the store was overcrowded, understaffed and our carefully explained order was completely wrong. From the drive through.
The store was also a mess. (We had to go back inside due to the incorrect order)
We were stuck in the drive through for 30+ minutes.
***so, I do have an update to this extremely negative review…my friend and I went through the recently and everything was great. It was quick and correct. They did not appear to be having any issues. I know things can happen from time to time. That (my earlier review) was just not a good day. This next time it was perfect. A reminder that sometimes we just have to be patient. Step back. Follow up. Learn. Everyone has bad days.

We ordered two meals. Large French fries for one meal was not in the bag. We turned around and received the large fries. Got home sat down to eat and the state of the French fries were very disappointing. Burnt food particles all over the French fries. The employees and resturant should be embarrassed to serve food that looked so unapplealing. Clean your fryer!

My roommate has trouble with buying ice cream. The milkshakes at Jack in The box are thick as ice cream and do not cause her any allergy upsets. One day we ordered two milkshakes for each of us as we live in lakeside and put the seconds in the freezer. They came up short on our order with nearly four milkshake and they apologized and only charged us for three. They could have easily got away with charging us for 4 but Apologized and only charge for three. Huge Plus for good customer service.

Worst service in the world orders are never right very slow not clean. Employees are so lazy or uncaring that they don’t even turn the light on on the menu board at night. If you’re starving to death, eat your arm and not at this place.

I love the food. However the experience every time I come here is awful. Long wait lines. Staff is always rude. I waited in the drive thru line for twenty minutes to have a lady say it’ll be a little bit. Fine I don’t mind waiting. But the. A man came on and rudely said we are not taking drive thru order for twenty minutes. Then as I drove off he flipped me off in the drive thru. I was not rude or mean or impatient. All I said was it was rude to have people wait so long. As I was driving off they helped the car behind me. Every time I go in I’m treated horribly. I don’t think someone has a vendetta… I don’t know anybody but they sure act like it. I love Jack in the box but I won’t go there ever again

UPDATE 12/28/2024 @2:49pm I just get back from giving Jack in the box another chance. My mom’s chicken pita is hard as rock probly sat for hours definitely was not made fresh you can barely even bite into the damn thing. We’re throwing it out money down the drain here are photos from our again expirance maybe health department should check you guys.
