We’ve intentionally driven out of our way to visit this location because our closer Burger King consistently has long wait times and order issues. When we first started coming here, this store was excellent — accurate orders, fast service, and fresh food. That consistency unfortunately did not last.
Most recently, we placed a mobile app order for two Maple Bourbon BBQ Whoppers (one Jr., one large with an added patty), fries, drinks, and chicken fries — a $33 total. We received two regular Whoppers instead. This is not the first time we’ve received incorrect items from this location.
We contacted customer support and were offered a $10 coupon rather than a refund for the products we did not receive. After further review, we were informed that no alternative resolution would be provided and were directed to review the mobile ordering terms.
Being charged for specific items and repeatedly receiving something else — without a refund option — is frustrating. Accuracy should not be optional, especially at current price points.
We genuinely wanted this to be our go-to location. Unfortunately, repeated order errors combined with a policy-based refusal to correct them have made that difficult.

My girlfriend and I went to this location about 3 weeks ago and spent over $40 on 3 different COMBO Meals. Went thru the drive thru and everything went fine until we got home and the order was all messed up. I had a whopper w/cheese meal with Ketchup, Pickle, Onion ONLY. Burger came with No Ketchup, No Pickels and NO Cheese. Girlfriends Bacon Cheeseburger meal was along the same lines only hers had NO BACON, NO NOTHING but a Piece of Cheese that looked as if it were 10 years old. Went back to location to have order corrected and the nightmare continued.

We were told that they were out of Bacon, Ketchup and Pickels. I said WTH wasn’t this said upon ordering bc we would have went somewhere else in a heartbeat. Employee could have cared less. No Order Replacement, NO Refund, Employee to NO ACCOUNTABILITY. Called the store to speak to a manager and to this day have not received a response. Staff is RUDE, Not Accountable for their own STUPIDITY, Management can’t Follow up with multiple voicemails that we both left. This Whole Operation is an ABSOLUTE JOKE. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

On my visit at the evening of December 21, 2025 approxametley at 7pm. I entered the drive through to order food for my toddler son. After sitting in the drive thought behind at car that was in front of me I was met at the speaker to order my food with no greeting or prompt on what next to do. so after sitting there for another 5 mins I proceed to enter the establishment to be greeted in a rude manner on how they would be right with me. Keep in mind there is only 2 other guest sitting in the lobby who had be already served. So what the wait was I couldn’t understand, being that there was no one working the drive through, nor was any customers waiting. As I continue to place my order I asked for onion rings SOLD OUT, I asked for chicken fries SOLD out I was then informed that they was sold out of all chicken products on the menu until next week. I was then charged for a large order which I did not order but being that there was nothing else I could order I would satisfy with the large drink, only to get to the drink machine where I found that it was not only no ice but no soda as well. As I checked all the coke and dr pepper options, I then asked the manger behind the counter if they had soda who said yes. I stated that there was none, he came from behind the counter to check the machine and rudely tell me as he pressed the buttons of sodas to find them with none and say in from of now 3 other customers that have just entered the establishment that “that he don’t have no soda. so I kindly asked for a frozen coke. Meet with another rude remark he told me to wait as if I was bothering him. to only come back with a small frozen coke with side all over the top and tell me that frozen coke only comes in a small size when I know that frozen coke comes in 2 sizes. Which lets me to believe that they are over charging customers and and they are also saying false advertisement to those who ordered apps and do not receive there correct order because they do not have the supplies to do so and clients are not being informed. As I continue to try and figure out a solution to my order I then tell the worker who states that they are the manger and I can’t tell them the size that frozen cokes come in proceeds to use foul language and curse at me that a large coke and a small frozen coke are the same price in front of my child and other guest in line. I was given my money back for the soda. MY child wanted to sit and eat at the establishment but in the mist of looking for a seat I was in shocked to find drug parraphanella and hair tools of the gentlemen working the register who stated he was the manger. After seeing that I was disgusted and really wanted a total refund for my meal, but because it was for my child I just let it go. This is not the first occurrence that I have had with this establishment I had a incident back in January of 2025. I will no longer support this business anymore until something is done. Something seems off at this establishment as it has many negative reviews. I was not given a receipt but I do have my bank statement .

Food was good and fresh. Fries served with no salt because they ran out & from the looks of the empty individual salt packets tray they’ve been out of it for quite some time. Service was ok. Seems like they may need management to get on top of things a little better. Dinning room is nice but tables needed to get wiped down. Grease smudge on the wall by the TV that was off. At 3pm with some tables with the chairs on it (for floor cleaning)

Ordered food to go. They didn’t added both fries I paid for. Add burnt old burger thinking we wouldn’t notice the difference. This was the Uber eats order, we had to drive from our home address in order to get our fries, arriving there via the dive through. She told us to park in the front that she would bring the fries, I counted the fries in each little bag she added eight fries only. This is so Dumb this place it’s so unorganized fear with people that don’t like to do their minimal job. There are plenty of other jobs if you don’t like yours, please respect a pain Customer because if you don’t have customers, you don’t have a job.

I was very disappointed with my recent experience. While waiting for my order, I asked to purchase two chocolate chip cookies. The manager kindly offered to give them to me for free, which I appreciated.

However, when I got them, the cookies were clearly BURNT and I could even smell it as I walked out. I remained quiet feeling like my intelligence was being insulted. I didn’t ask for anything for free, so it was frustrating to be given something of such low quality. This kind of experience is upsetting because it feels like the staff was being careless or trying to pass off bad food. The cookies were hard and crunchy!! No bueno!!

My boyfriend and I came here a few weeks ago to get some dinner because we were in the area and the food was pretty good neither of us had any complaints. We had ordered ahead through the app and our food was made in a pretty quick timely manner which was a plus. The restaurant as a whole was very nice too and clean and the staff was nice too. Would go back again in the future

This location is NEVER opened. It doesn’t matter what time you come here. They are always closed. I don’t know how this place is even in business. I came to this location 2 days back to back 2 different times. Closed. No signs they are closed, just no workers, no customers. The owner to this place should shut it down. Put something here that thrives. This place is a waste of space.

Omg I shld have looked at the reviews before driving here. The drive though took too long and when I decided to go inside the wait was long. No one greeted us no sorry for the wait, they just looked like with no emotion or care.

I asked if I had to wait for my fish he said 2 seconds. I can see why. Never again. They either need to get it together or close down!

Very worst I ordered a 8 pieces chicken nuggets 2 packs. From drive thru after coming back home I opened I felt very such bad smell coming from nuggets and totally throwing to trash. I felt very bad. I have never faced this experience with onther locations.
