Before I explain the situation, I would like to preface that I am never one to make a “big deal” out of things, I’m not a “Karen”, and this is actually my first google review on anything ever. I am posting to bring awareness to people to hopefully ensure safety to them.

I went through this McDonald’s and got a Steak, Egg, and Cheese bagel. First one I ever had. I ate about half of it and went in for another bite and seen something shiny. So, I pick it out of the steak and seen that it was glass. Picture below.

I wasn’t angry. I was just like “oh wow. There’s glass in my sandwich.” I complicated even bringing awareness to it. This happen sometimes. It’s just part of it. Just hoping I’ll be alright and move on with my day. Well, I started thinking about others. What if there was more? What if a child ate it and gotten hurt?

So I very kindly notified the store to tell them what I found. I specified that I wasn’t calling for a refund, I wasn’t calling to complain. I was simply just notifying them of what I found for the potential safety risk at hand. The lady I spoke with was not receptive to that information. At all. She proceeded to tell me pretty much that I was lying and there was no way that could happen. I remained patient and understanding throughout the entire conversation. I understand the strain and hard work fast food does take. I have been there myself. I tried to tell her I wasn’t trying to make her day bad, I was just concerned for the safety of others and wanted to bring awareness to what I had found. She continued with aggression, over spoke me, and then hung up.

I’m not sure who to notify from here. I just advocating for the safety of others.

If you say you open at 4am, Be open at 4am. don’t make customers wait an hour then say you are “understaffed” meanwhile you are outside smoking cigarettes and on your phone. you could have EASILY made the food. and also to ask me to get out of the drive through because it runs your numbers up. Maybe be open by the time you say you’re gonna be and stop smoking cigarettes when you should be making food??

useless place and the workers are low quality and do not care.

Was handed my order.. I asked if there was salsa in the bag.. I was told yes so I didn’t check and left. I go across the street to the convenience store and I dig in the bag and there’s no salsa. So I had to go back. Seems like there was a little attitude there at the second window when I received my salsa. Get halfway home. Come to find out my holiday pie ended up a apple pie. I live 20 miles away.. I didn’t bother turning around. On the plus side.. The cashier was a sweetie..shared a laugh…the food was hot. Hash brown was crispy. The burritos were good once I got my salsa. Speed of service was fast.. I wouldn’t minded a little slower as long as the order was right.

Not taking 100 dollar bill is just weird. Your telling me your whole store there are not 5 20 dollar bills you can exchange and let me pay my 30 dollar order. Its common sense teenage managers simply cannot comprehend then to pull up to the 2nd window and they guy was so high he could not even make my ice coffee moving at the pace of a literal sloth. Whatever is going on with this shift and the chick with glasses on that said she was the manager needs to be figure it out. Left with half a cup of coffee and no food.

I ordered the ranch and spicy wrap and ended up getting a quarter pounder with cheese also asked for sweet tea with no ice and it had full ice. Also, there is nobody at the first window, so I got to the second window and did my due diligence and told them I didn’t pay because there was nobody at the front window. I also asked for a military discount in which there was no reply this place seems like a mess.

Several people have reported her as the problem are you guys gonna wait to fix the problem until you can’t staff the place at all? McDonald’s has the lowest grade of employees across all fast food restaurants Look at McDonald’s acting like they care responding with a giving and website address to their basic website not to inquire more if you guys would like to inquire more don’t write on here about it Watch your cameras it’s not hard to tell no one will work with her And she is a big part of the reason you can’t get employees to work their. BERN Shouldn’t be a manager You have so many other better options working there. She also refused to give me her name and said that she’s not allowed to. That’s what I told her she is Supposed to give me her name being the on shift manager you have that right and not giving your name when you’re just a regular employee but when you signed up for a manager position that’s part of it. Big Bern then advised me I couldn’t get my food that was ordered through the mobile app at 10:05 showed up at 10:15 to pick it up She advised me they would have to give me a refund that they couldn’t make it. It was past lunch mind you this food was ordered during breakfast. If it’s ordered during breakfast it should have to be fulfilled not we will put the money back on the card. Secondly BERN the white lady manager said that I would have to have the card that it was ordered with through the mobile app and order for it to be added back to the card if you’ve already taken the money for the food and you can’t fulfill the order it doesn’t matter how you get it back to them if they didn’t have the card, you should have to give them cash at that point it is Your guys mess up no one else’s I didn’t have the card on me that it was purchased with because I bought it on the mobile app. BERN should not be a manager she should be a regular employee. I also saw her eating a big Mac in the back but her attitude she needs to just flip burgers There was about four or five other people that We’re way better candidates as a manager than her just talking to him you can tell. She is very unsanitary didn’t smell pleasant at all do you guys not have a hygiene policy for managers? This happened on 10/5/2025 You guys aren’t gonna replace my melted frappe from having to come home go back up there to get my money, but I’m paying my way to get here and there because She was too lazy to make my food that was promised for breakfast when I ordered at 10:05

Went through the drive thru on a roadtrip. Food was as to be expected from McDonald’s, but was what we ordered so no complaints here. I went inside to use the restroom and wash my hands and the women’s restroom was clean, the place as a whole seemed clean as I was inside.

I did the curb-side ordering, and it took 24 minutes to get my meal. At the 10-minute mark, I called to inquire and was told they were understaffed, but would have it out shortly. I didn’t receive my food for another 14 minutes.

When the food arrived, I asked if napkins were included. She replied that they were in the bag. I checked and there weren’t any. She said she would get them and bring them. I never saw her again.

Historically, I have had good experiences at this location, but this review is based on this experience.

This place is HIT OR MISS. Some days are ran smooth,quick,and friendly,other days seem like it’s EVERYONE’S FIRST DAY ON EARTH. It’s definitely a RISK of either enjoying my lunch,or returning my order for the RIGHT ONE.
