this is one of the worst experiences i have ever had. i don’t usually review but i think this deserved one. this was the worst customer service ever… and i was really disappointed because i just moved to the area and my mom was so excited about seeing a ruby tuesday while visiting. on Feb 28th 2026 i try taking her to lunch / dinner. it was around 3pm. just to have all the servers, staff, and people at the bar look at us but not seat us. i looked at the sign multiple times just to make sure it really said “please wait to be seated”. we gave them about 10 minutes and we left. we left and went to texas roadhouse instead and it was the best thing we could have done.
i suggest steering clear of this place.

This place gets worse and worse. Dried out food on the already bare salad bar. Mentioned to the server that the salad bar was in dire need of restocking and I was told that she’d let her manager know. No one ever restocked it. If another restaurant in town opens with a halfway decent salad bar, this place is going out of business. We also had to wait on drink refills because they were out of clean cups.

I love the food here but everytime I come it takes too long to be seated. They won’t even acknowledge you while they’re standing right at the bar. Two girls were preparing the silverware, saw me and kept preparing the silverware while the manager was at the bar standing in one spot. It’s not even busy and I had to wait almost 10 minutes or more to be seated and talk to a manager who acted as If I was the issue. When the young girl Kat came over I told her I have a question. I asked her why everytime I come here it takes so long to be seated? She was rude and told me well we’re preparing the silverware. What’s more important you being seated or having something to eat with? Her attitude is disguting and the things she say out her mouth. I couldn’t believe she said that to me so I asked to speak to the manager she went to the back when the manager was by the bar. She was walking around talking to the coworkers about what happened while they look up at me to see who’s she’s referring to. The manager chris went to the back as well where I had to ask another worker to speak to him in which it took less than a minute for him to speak to me. I guess Kat was trying to avoid me speaking to him so that’s why she didn’t tell Chris I wanted to speak to him more time being wasted on nonsense. When I told Chris what Kat said to me he asked what was the issue and how she started yesterday and is only 16 years old. I didn’t know your age can justify being rude to customers or having poor service. I told Chris his management skills and justifying bad behaviour is the reason Kat is rude to people, and the service sucks. While I waited for my online order because I didnt feel comfortable dining in like I initially wanted to, another customer walked to the front to ask if someone can take his family’s order. I’m not sure if the workers are just lazy but I’m so glad the chefs do a great job with the meals. This young black female helped me and her energy is pure and sweet. She was really nice in making sure I was ok and had everything I needed once I put in my online order. She was more helpful than Kat and Chris put together. She did an amazing job and even cheered me up before I left. The young lady who helped me should be part of management becaude Chris isn’t a problem solver only looked lost, slow, and confused.

Went there Thursday after a doctor’s appointment they did not open the door until 11:15. Two employees still hadn’t gotten there. They let me in I went and got my salad bar and people were standing outside the door because the door was still locked. It was total chaos. Some of the food was from the day before cucumbers was soft just really bad. Table was sticky place was just dirty. I will not be going back.

Haven’t been in a while. Very extensive menu, lots of choices. I settled on the catfish and shrimp. Waited about 10 minutes, wasn’t overly hot but sufficient. Tasted ok, got 4 catfish filets and 9 shrimp. I also ordered the salad bar, and it was pretty good. My waitress didn’t check on me until I was do e and my drink had been empty. She gave me the wrong check at first. Restaurant had a health department rating of 94.5, my table was stickier than an IHOP table after breakfast and the overall appearance was just ok. Saw one table ” leveled” with napkins under the leg. Had to go up front and get my silverware, wasn’t given on the outset. Did not get dessert, wasn’t asked. Points off for the paper straws!

Food actually was okay but a few things turned me off. Curbside pickup, I called and a female employee said your food will be ready when you come inside. It’s not really curbside pickup, because I was required to come on and pick it up at the bar. When I came inside, I could see the kitchen, bar and other personnel doing mission essential jobs. I saw 2 people rushing to fulfil online orders. I waited patiently. No personnel came to me, spoke to me until my order was ready. The male employee brought 2 bags to me, asked for the name on my order, told him the name of order, he gave it to me. I quickly looked through the bag to see if I had everything but I was done and ready to leave and he did not ask me, did I need anything else. Just before eating, my wife recognized that there were no butter and sour cream for the baked potatoes. We both thought the baked potatoes were good and or okay. My cheeseburger was okay and my wife and daughters are the pasta entree. My wife tried to call them to let them know that there was no butter and sour cream, but no one answered her phone call. Hopefully, they will see this review and improve on a few things. They have a lot going on and seem as though they need more help to improve fulfilling online orders. Some lady was waiting after me for her order.
