I placed an order through the app to pick up and arrived at 4:35 in the morning today. No one answered my calls at the speaker nor when I pulled to the window. This is the second time in a month that I’ve stopped for morning breakfast and they were not open at 4:30 as is listed on Google and on the side of their building. Manager – what happened?
Update – two weeks later and same exact thing. Put it in a mobile order pulled in at 4:39 AM. Nobody answers at the drive-through nobody answered at the window despite honking to get attention. Why do you advertise opening at 4:30 AM when clearly your establishment isn’t serving customers?

This location is my usual go-to because they’re usually pretty fresh, but over a fair bit now, Juan has been in the drive through when I go, and his positive and friendly energy has become one of the main reasons I look forward to my morning coffee run. I find myself even feeling a bit sad when I don’t see him. So shoutout to Juan in the drive through, man deserves a raise for his excellent customer service!

I stood in front of a register for over 10 minutes and had➡️ this man in the black pants, black shirt with black hair literally walked past me THREE times and did not turn to acknowledge me or make eye contact, once . I knew he was purposely ignoring me because they had so many customers waiting in line at the drive-thru and so many customers waiting in the lobby so I was being patient. After 10 minutes and him walking past me for the 3rd time, now I’m very offended and I started hold up the phone as if I was recording him so that I would have proof of how long he had his back turned to all of the customers in front of the register, which was myself and two other men behind me. As soon as he realized that I was about to do, he finally made eye contact with me after 15 minutes!!! (Most people would have walked out after 5 minutes of not being acknowledged, but I knew that they were busy so I was trying to be patient.) The only reason I am writing this review is because he appears to be the manager and once he realized I might be recording him he makes eye contact with me and says “Excuse me ma’am why are you recording?” I lowered my phone and didn’t even get the chance to respond, and now he seems aggressive and says in an angry voice “Excuse me you need to stop recording right now! ” Now I am feeling verbally attacked in front of everyone in the lobby and so I respond by saying, ‘Oh now you’re going to acknowledge me?’As I turn to walk out, he literally yells across the lobby “Don’t ever come back here again!” Do not go to this McDonald’s‼️ They have THE WORST MANAGER (on Saturday at 5:23pm) & THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED‼️ And that says a lot, because I eat out all the time!

There’s absolutely no reason why customers should be forced to use the order kiosks when there are people working and registers open. The kiosks are slow, clumsy, dirty, and unintuitive. This is simply corporate greed to remove jobs. Meanwhile they have raised the prices on everything. Stop giving these guys your money while they remove convenience, raise prices, and shrink portions.
To top it off, even though we entered the order right in the kiosk, they get the special orders wrong. We went back to fix it. They made it again and still got it wrong. It wasn’t a complicated order, just a cheese burger plain and extra fries. Had to wait extra long to have them remake it again.
The icing on the cake is THIS is the “toy” my kid gets. An actual “toy” of one of the kiosks!! you can’t make this up.

The employee at the second drive thru window didnt even acknowledge me as a person. I pulled up and said hi and she keep facing towards inside, handed me my drink. I said thank you and she still never turned towards me then handed me a bag of food when I got home, of course it was not my order. I probably paid more for what I ordered vs what I got. I couldn’t tell you much about who she was but dark hair and I saw her nails more than face. Long pointed, red tip on a few with gold bows painted on. Never do reviews but wow she was next level rude

WORST ATTITUDE from the manager herself. Savannah was extremely rude right off the bat. i asked for sauce with my 3 happy meals and she came back with the nastiest response. after that we got to the table and noticed no extra fry or apple slices so i went back up to tell them, 3 staff members looked at me did not acknowledge me. then Savannah the manager looked at me and completely side eyed and ignored me. when i finally got her attention here comes another smart remark. rudest manager ive ever come upon.

I go to the drive through occasionally for a Diet Coke and fries, but mostly to talk to the sweetest man who works (almost daily) at the second drive up window. He seriously makes my day and always makes me feel like 100 bucks. He calls everyone “mija” or sir and makes sure I have everything I need. He is the epitome of hard work and human connection that you don’t get much these days. Fries and Diet Coke always taste great which is a plus!

Empty inside, not busy at all but the place is dirty!! Tables not wiped down. I had to clean my own table to eat at. Poor customer service!!!
