Last night was awesome. My husband and I were down for the weekend and this is a spot I love to visit. This particular time was exceptional. We went to sit at the bar because the Flyers were playing and the staff put the game on right away for us. The bartenders were so friendly and fun to talk to. Brooke, John and Connor took amazing care of us. They were attentive and treated us like family. The food is always amazing but those sushi tacos are show stopping. Please chef don’t ever get rid of those! I like the salmon the best and even ordered a second one. This place is an absolute must stop every time my husband and I are down here to visit. Everything from the food, atmosphere and staff is just an overall perfect place to go for a romantic date or a cozy place to watch a game. Thank you Stingray staff for an amazing date night for my husband and I! Can’t wait to come back!

We dined at Stingray for dinner on a Monday night in the off season. It’s a beautiful atmosphere, quiet and the service was outstanding. The special that night was buy one dim sum appetizer and get one free. The main course was small so we were glad we ordered the appetizer special. The dessert was our favorite part of the meal—Citrus Crème Brûlée—so delicious!

My partner and I came here for late-night happy hour after walking around the area for two hours waiting for it to start. It did not disappoint! The bartender took our orders in a timely fashion and the company around the bar was excellent. The drinks were strong and the food was really yummy. We left feeling happy and full. Big recommend!

Went on a Monday, there was no wait. Very nice atmosphere the lights dim and it was relatively quiet. The appetizers were great. we ordered dim sum chicken and crap appetizer both were great and the dipping sauce paired great with them. For a main I ordered California and Philadelphia rolls both came out in a timely manner and were delicious. For dessert strawberry mocha hit the spot with great texture and taste over all a clean area also. Would definitely recommend.

We recently dined at this restaurant and had a somewhat mixed experience. The food was undeniably the highlight of my visit, earning a well-deserved 4 out of 5 stars. The dishes we ordered were expertly prepared, and the flavors were spot on. I particularly enjoyed the seasonal vegetables, which were cooked to perfection. The portions were generous, and the presentation was visually appealing.
However, the service was a different story altogether. Unfortunately, our server seemed to be having a bad day, and it reflected in their attitude towards us. They were dismissive, curt, and borderline rude. When we asked for refills on our drinks, it took an inordinate amount of time to arrive, and when we politely pointed out the delay, we were met with a sigh and a hint of annoyance. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially when you’re paying premium prices for a meal. If I had to rate the service, I’d give it a disappointing 2 stars.
It’s a shame, really, because the food is genuinely good, and with a little more effort on the service front, this place could be a real gem. As it stands, I’d recommend it to foodies who can overlook some attitude, but others might want to think twice before making a reservation.

Stingray Sushi Bar and Asian Grill provided a truly fantastic dining experience! From the moment we walked in, the service was top-notch – attentive, friendly, and efficient. We started with a selection of appetizers, each one delicious and beautifully presented. The sushi rolls were incredibly fresh and flavorful, showcasing the chef’s skill and creativity. They had just implemented a new family style serving that we found interesting. We were impressed with the variety and quality of the fish. Overall, Stingray Sushi Bar and Asian Grill exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to return! Highly recommended for anyone looking for delicious sushi and a wonderful atmosphere.

Salmon teriyaki was delicious. Our server who is part time was amazing. ( usually works at the lodge in Lewes) con: the chicken gyoza were the absolute worse dumpling I have ever had. They were tiny rolled up elongated shapes that looked like a five year old made them. The outside was fried but the inner layer of dough was chewy and stretchy. The chicken seemed to have cartilage in it and inedible. If we weren’t with others, I would have complained.
But again the salmon teriyaki was so fresh tasting and was served with perfectly steamed broccoli.

Was looking for some late night food after spending all day at the beach and so glad I stumbled upon this place. Awesome sushi and the specials on the late night menu were all fairly priced. Would recommend sitting at the sushi bar if you aren’t with many people. My wife and I couldn’t have asked for better service. The sushi chef hooked us up with two additional rolls on the house and that honestly made our weekend. Plus all the rolls were delicious! Can’t say enough good things about the service and we will definitely be back the next time we are at rehoboth!

This is the best sushi we’ve had since moving to Lewes (and we’ve been looking!)! The pieces of tuna in the spicy tuna roll were the biggest we’ve ever had and the specialty rolls were some of the longest. While the crab rangoons had mixed reviews based on preferred taste, everything was incredible. It was christmas eve when we went so any service opportunities probably had to do with holiday staffing because everyone was hustling (including the manager who proactively apologized for a delay in some items before we even could have said anything). I loved how the server proactively explained the Japanese style of service. Fan favorites from our group of 8 were the J Roll, the Korean shrimp, pickle salad, chicken and rice entree, and the spicy tuna roll (next time we’ll ask for crunchy on this). We will tell our friends and we’ll be back!

12/27/2025, guys catchup weekend. Stopped in for Sushi and was very happy with the service and sushi choices. Nice portions. The only improvement should be when the hot green tea is brought to the table, it should be hot. I asked two times to have it warmed up because each time it wasn’t even hot. It was cool warm but other than that it was very nice. Thank you.
