The service at this Wendy’s drive-through is consistently horrible. Every time I go through, I feel like I’m bothering the staff just by placing an order. The lady who appears to be the GM always sounds miserable and annoyed when speaking to customers.

On top of that, the food is often cold—even during the lunch rush around 12–1 PM. How is it possible to get cold food at the busiest time of the day?

Definitely disappointing and not the level of service you’d expect.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service at the Auburn Wendy’s.
My coworker was picking up multiple mobile orders for us, healthcare workers on shift, and was met with extreme aggression and rudeness at the drive through by an employee wearing a manager shirt, which is worse. There were no cars in line, yet she was told it would be a 25 minute wait, even though the final order was placed over 10 minutes earlier and the location is only 12 minutes from my hospital. That is more than enough time.
There is no logical difference between fulfilling five mobile orders versus serving five cars in the drive through or five customers walking into the store at the same time, especially when the line is empty. Instead of being professional, the employee who handed her the food told us to never place group orders again, which was completely inappropriate.
To make matters worse, half of the order was wrong or missing items.
This happened today around 1 pm. The way this situation was handled was rude, dismissive, and unacceptable. I would not recommend this Wendy’s to anyone and will not be giving them any money or business.

Absolute AWFUL service… the manager was extremely rude. Went and picked up a few mobile orders for my healthcare coworkers and I. Gave them 15 minutes before even going through the drive through to pick it up. Once I told them I was here, the manager told me I needed to go park and give them TWENTY FIVE MINUTES to bring out the food. Once the food was brought to me, they told me to “not do that again” in the rudest tone???? No worries. I will NEVER be going to this Wendy’s again. And neither will my 5 nurses I work with. Worst service ever. AND THE FOOD SUCKED

I’ve never been to this restaurant during night time, only morning… not sure how relevant that is. Each time I’ve gone here for breakfast I was actually met with some of the best service in this industry within MA. The staff are friendly and take good care of you, and the food quality is always awesome. I wouldn’t doubt they maintain the same standard through the night.

The AI ordering experience at the drive thru was surprisingly good. Unfortunately the kitchen messed up my order so I had to go inside anyway. They remade my sandwich but forgot the mods, including the bacon that I paid $1.70 for. Another customer had the same issue. They don’t give receipts or put tags on the bags so it’s obvious why they’re getting orders mixed up.

This wendys switched to an AI auto order in the drive thru and its awful.
The human service was great when we got to the window, but our order was incorrect and had extra items added.
Going to find one that hasn’t put this ordering system in and avoid this place at all costs.

The food was good but the place was dirty. We are at around 2 and it was fairly busy but the drink machine was out, the drive through wasn’t working and when we went inside, the place was dirty. The inside line moved pretty slow but the staff tried to be helpful. This is an easy to access location right on a main road. Our food was excellent.

You’d think it’s just a typical wendys, but no, artifical intelligence called Fresh AI takes your order at the drive through. It asked me if I wanted a medium or large but not my partners consecutive order, so humans are still better. I was relieved to see a human at the pick up window who confirmed i had napkins, sauce and straw in the bag. Didn’t go inside so can’t speak to the interior.

Me and my brother stopped in for lunch. I ordered the Dave’s double meal and a 6 piece regular nugget. They forgot to give me the nuggets and my food was waiting on the counter and the lady told me it was ready, I said no it’s not I’m waiting on the nuggets. So she went over and grabbed me a 4 piece and I said “oh I asked for 6” but she rang up only 4… I sit down with my brother and he got a baked potato that wasn’t good, and he had ordered a bacon cheeseburger plain and she rang up a big bacon cheddar cheeseburger… he didn’t order that because he won’t eat onions and it comes with onions. I tried it, it was awful. Dry as hell and the fried onions were soggy. I ate my nuggets last only to find out she gave me spicy nuggets. Wtf… also we didn’t get receipts as she walked away the second we finished ordering. She was nice but I felt like everything that went wrong could have.
