Stopped by for lunch today and noticed a new addition to the menu.. baked potato with brisket chili.. DELICIOUS.. my wife had a pulled chicken sandwich, Mac/cheese and peach cobbler.. the only issue was the slow service.

Tables not clean, worker (no name tag ) with long braids wiped her nose serveral times with gloved hands she used to prepare food. See picture for the amount of brisket chili that came on potato, I had to ask for the cheese that was supposed to be included with the meal. I asked for no sour cream on the potato and they served more sour cream than chili. I will be staying away from this location.

I had an amazing experience at here! The food was absolutely delicious. Perfectly smoked meats, flavorful sides, and everything served fresh and hot. What really made the visit exceptional, though, was Duvawn. He was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. It’s rare to find customer service that genuinely stands out, but Duvawn made us feel welcomed and appreciated. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location to anyone craving great barbecue and outstanding service!

I never enjoy writing bad reviews because I know people are usually just trying their best. However, this was not the case this time. There were 5 employees on shift and only one was consistently working, and that was the man who was slicing the meat. I can understand if you’re busy and overwhelmed, but just communicate that with customers. Every single customer in the store had an issue and was either ignored or dismissed by employees. I’m really big to give customer service workers grace became I am one myself, and I understand that sometimes things just don’t go the way you want them to. Unfortunately there are just no excuses for everything that happened. I waited 10 minutes for someone to even take my order. There were at least 10 people waiting for their orders to be fulfilled. They were out of just about everything. Finally, when I received my food, I was walking out to my car, and I noticed a man waiting in the curbside spot. I stopped to talk to him just to let him know that if he was waiting, it was gonna be a little while because It was really backed up inside. He told me he had been waiting 45 minutes in his car for a single meal. I told him he’s just gonna have to walk inside and tell them because at this point they probably forgot about him. Usually, it’s just one customer having a singular issue. This time it was not an isolated event. Everyone was upset and the supposed “manager” on duty was doing nothing to communicate with any of the customers or show her team they they should be doing the same. If you’re gonna have issues, just let us know because we’re all people, and we can understand.

Ordered the “limited time” crispy baked potato loaded with pulled pork. Most of the pork here on the napkin was nothing but fat. I was left with a dry, bland, hard potato. After waiting 30 minutes to be disappointed, I didn’t even bother to ask for something else.
