I ordered at the drive thru and I felt rushed with ordering. Everything I said was met with a quick “what else”. My food was already ready when I pulled up to pay I knew I should have checked it because that was too fast. I get home and my quesadilla was cut in half and over half of the quesadilla was empty. $6 down the drain. It’s a same I have to drive all the way to Wrightsboro to get a good taco.

I ordered a chicken burrito cantina box, which comes with a chicken burrito, chips and cheese, and a taco, as well as a beef stacker. What I received was 3 rice and bean burritos and a side of nachos and cheese. Not only is this not what I ordered but it’s about a 6/7$ difference in price—I also don’t like beans. The service is always friendly and attentive, but the food was handed to me with my name as if it had been packed and checked. Would recommended training employees the importance of confirming what was in the order when handing a bag to someone.

Horrible experience. Had ordered food with out meat, but was served with meat. When I went to the counter, no one came up for many minutes then the lady in the kitchen just said to me that she knows the food has meat and will replace it. Wonder, how she knows the problem and is already fixing it without talking to me. Was not apologetic at all for ruining it.
Restrooms were locked and again had to wait at counter for someone to come up and open the door.

Service was friendly and fast, but NEVER get the bowls right when you customize it. The chicken bowl I got today was less than appetizing in appearance. Feel like Taco Bell had a moment recently but it’s passed.

Decided to finally try out Taco Bell’s nuggets after seeing all the ads for it, and left pleasantly surprised. First of all, the drive through was very fast and friendly. Lady was patient and I got my food and drink almost immediately so kudos for that. Now for the nuggets: the nuggets had tender white meat, not ground meat like most fast food nuggets, it was more like a chicken tender or boneless wing from a wing restaurant. The breading wasn’t over bearing or burnt either. They give you 3 sauces to choose from; bell sauce, fire ranch, and jalapeno honey mustard. The bell sauce was good, and the honey mustard was my favorite, but I would prefer regular ranch over the fiery. Overall very good experience

I had a really disappointing experience at this Taco Bell location. I came in to ask about refilling a drink I had purchased, and the manager on duty spoke to me in a very rude and unprofessional manner. Instead of explaining the policy politely, she raised her voice and made me feel unwelcome.
I understand if refills aren’t allowed apparently, that’s fine, but the way I was treated was unacceptable. I hope upper management reviews how this location handles customer interactions because no one deserves to be talked to that way.

I asked them to cook my tacos fresh. I asked the young lady at the window were they fresh. She replied yes. THEY WERE NOT!. I also was missing my cinnamon twist that I paid for.
