Came in on short notice to have an impromptu birthday gift exchange and cake for my baby! The ladies were nice patient and understanding! The setting was nice and quiet . I will definitely return soon to actually dine in and eat.

We have been to this location many times and have not always had the best experience. But tonight we came in and could tell the whole vibe was different in a good way. The music was on point. The cleanliness was the best I’ve seen in a while. Every employee had a smile and I could tell they were working as a team and helping out one another. Our server Gage was awesome. He was so attentive and took care of everything we needed promptly. The new GM Angela was super nice she came around and checked on everything with us. We were super happy our neighborhood Chili’s was better than we’ve ever experienced.

The greeter and waiter were the best. They provided such great Southern hospitality and the greeter went that extra mile to put a smile on my 11 year old daughters face. It was both of their Birthdays and she gave her a pic. Thank you all and keep up the great work

We came in for dinner after a meeting and the service and the server were excellent. The food was fresh and quick. Great Job kitchen! The manager stopped by to say hello and we provided a suggestion for the new dip. Thanks so much!

I’ve been going to this location for years and it was my first time actually dining in. The restaurant was fairly full when we got there. We were greeted as soon as we came in and sat in less than 2 minutes. Our waitress Jeanette (excuse my spelling) was super kind and very attentive throughout the night. We were constantly checked up on by various staff throughout the restaurant. Quick service. Fresh food. 10/10 experience !

Went for lunch with my friend and our daughters. We all really enjoyed our meals. The service was perfect. We loved our waiter. She was so sweet. Not only did she check in on us through out our meal but so did the other staff.

My first visit was to watch the basketball game. I don’t know the manager’s name, but when he turned the TV volume down, I was not happy. My food was good. I did the $10 deal with the taco soup, I think, and the grilled margarita chicken if I remember correctly. I don’t like how without the ice, the margarita 2 for 1 was literally able to be poured into one glass. His margarita had ice and you can see the difference. I went back to get the new pie with ice cream, caramel, nuts, and chocolate. The pie is hard and has to be cut with a knife and definitely tastes better with all of the fixings. They could use bigger televisions for watching sports and make it so the people at the bar can hear the game.

Edit to add: So I decided to give it another try and the service has gotten worse in my opinion this place is ran down and short staffed, the food is not so great!

I haven’t been to Chili’s in quite a while because the last time we went the service wasn’t that great! I was surprised to see how much things have changed, the service was great, the food was so so, my daughter ordered pasta and it was cold, she had to wait on her garlic toast and that was cold as well! Overall, it wasn’t that bad. I definitely will give another try.
