One of the best experiences we’ve ever had in this location. But I’m here to brag about the waiter – Cameron. His energy is amazing. He was very attentive and extremely polite. If I could give him 100 stars I would. Definitely a great asset

Arrived at 645pm. Hostess acted upset that I asked for a table in the bar area to watch the Thunder game with my friend. She cleaned off a table, threw the menus down and said “here”.
The server/bartender was so lost. We had to flag her down to get drinks, then flagged her down to order. We ordered a steak and pasta at 7:10pm.
I watch people come in, sit, order, and they received their food. It’s now 7:30.
7:45, I ask to check on my order. Bartender tells us we’re next. 7:55, I ask to speak to a manager and get my food to go.
Manager comes out, gives some excuses that didn’t make sense considering all the people eating around us. Manager comps meal and says it’s on its way.
8:15 (30 minutes after the bartender saying we were next, 15 minutes after the manager saying we’re next). Still no food.
I ask for the manager again. Food gets dropped off a 8:30. Manager finally comes back and I ask did you and the server lie to us about the food? He says yes.
I despise being lied to, and it’s terrible leadership to have servers lie to the guests.
I get to my hotel room and my pasta was missing the shrimp.

It was unusually busy for 7pm on a Tuesday, but we really wanted to try the new Nashville hot mozz. They have gone viral online for good reason — they’re SO tasty. Really, everything we ordered was a 10/10. Especially the Christmas cocktail, Merry Maker Margarita. My friend had never been to a Chili’s before, and this location did not disappoint! Our server was on point, she made sure we had everything we needed while also keeping our drinks full & regularly clearing the table for us. It was also really cool to see how hands on their manager was, helping carry food and drinks to tables or cashing out customers. She even stopped and checked in on us at one point to ask if we were enjoying our meal and see if we needed anything. With it being so crowded when we arrived, we weren’t expecting such fast service but truly everything was perfect.

It was Sunday Night Football so the vibe was just right along with the food and service. Food was freshly hot.

Cameron gave amazing service, was very attentive to the table, kept our drinks, and everything filled. Throughout the experience he kept proving himself better and better. He has been the best server I think I’ve ever had and just kept the energy high and the mood good. Knew his way to talk to us aswell.

Hannah was our waitress and did an exceptional job. They need to hire more waitresses just like her. Very attentive, checked on us often, glass was never empty. We will go back!

Our waiter was new but very attentive and super nice! The only issue I had was, I ordered a steak (medium) and it came out bloody and rare. So we sent it back and when it returned, the steak was mostly cooked to the right temp but was grey and greasy. I should have taken a picture but didn’t think to. Otherwise, the rest of the meal tasted good and the service was great. Chili’s is one of our go tos so we will definitely be back!

This is more of a family restaurant than fine dining. Our waitress was polite and attentive desite a clear knee injury. I blame the health care system for her still coming into work, but she carried on like a champion.

We have not eaten at Chili’s in a long time and I am so glad we went today. Donna was an amazing server and all those that worked with her were great. We had a few complications and they were very accommodating.
