First time at Diamonds! Jack was our bartender and he was phenomenal! Thank you for a wonderful dining experience as I celebrated my birthday! Food was AMAZING and Jack was super great and made my birthday extra special! Highly recommend!!!! Oh and the custard dessert was to die for!

The lunch menu isn’t huge but offers something for most- tho not much in vegan choices. They did accommodate my dairy allergy and warned of cross contamination with the fryer, etc.
The food was all delicious. Beef cooked to perfect temp and everything tasted fresh. I’m really pleased we tried an assortment and the carrot cake was so fresh and tasted homemade. Definitely recommend (they even put frosting on the side because of the dairy allergy).
Our server was very sweet, she went the extra mile to doublecheck every question with the kitchen. It was a very peaceful atmosphere, we arrived during a quiet part of the day. Able to enjoy the ambience with no noise.
(Note: We spent more per person than we would normally spend due to tasting several items. No regrets.)

They start with excellent quality beef, age it and prepare it perfectly.

The Diamond Burger is also the best burger in town.
Not into burgers?
They have great fish and chicken options and an Ann Arbor grilled chicken salad that is delicious while being healthy.
This is my favorite place to eat close to home. Hands down.

Restaurant was only at 25% capacity when we arrived for our reservation. We ordered our toddlers meal first, then the waitress came back for us to order our food 10 mins later. Our toddlers meal took 15 mins total and came out hot. Our food took 50 mins and came out cold. The upcharge side salad was nothing more than a bagged salad mix. The bread was cold and hard. We rarely saw our waitress, never got updates on why our meal was taking so long, and never got beverages refills. It was not busy, there were plenty of other servers that we saw often and taking great care of the other tables. There were multiple larger parties that were seated after we ordered our food, and they received their food before we got ours. Horrible experience for cold yet expensive food. I would understand having to wait some time on a busy night, but if the kitchen was backed up, food would still come out hot. No manager either to notify of the issues, and no response when we reached out via email. Would not recommend and we will not be back. Plenty of other much nicer options in the area.

Terrible Service food was cold and not very good how do you mess up fillet? My wife said the shrimp was terrible, way overpriced!! Been to this restaurant probably 20 times since we’ve lived here. It’s been decent most of the time but tonight was absolutely awful. The salad was served in a tiny little plate. It was the smallest salad I’ve ever eaten in my life. The waitress was nonexistent, and really didn’t seem to give a rip. . She seemed to be way in over her head, running around in circles and not doing anything to help thankfully, one of the experienced waiters that I’ve had waited on me before helped thankfully, he did because I was ready to walk out-food was cold and not very good my filet is way better( if they need some tips and help in the kitchen, I might be able to give some tips for them) they don’t know what they’re doing apparently. way overpriced Been to this restaurant probably 20 times since we’ve lived here in Howell overall It’s been decent (most of the time) but tonight was absolutely awful. Waited for drinks waited for everything couldn’t wait to get the bill so I could get the heck out of there, It was a miserable night when you charge big dollar amounts you better make sure your service, staff and your food quality is up to the test. Otherwise you can’t charge the prices you charge I could have had a much better meal at Applebee’s. definitely not worth $$$$$

Haven’t been here in a while so we decided to try Diamonds. Walked in around 4:00 and plenty of room at the bar. (Key point) Food was pretty good! If you get the tips, get the sauce on the side. Its glorified ketchup…IMO. Oh and please lose the crushed ice in the old fashioned! Pet peeve of mine. Not a show stopper but having a $16 drink turn to water is sad. You need ice balls or big cubes.
Ok so…food was good but the bar staff is WAY over worked. We sat at the far end of the bar at the “hot corner”. There were constantly 4-6 workers TRYING to get their job done but they were all battling for a place to work. They were hustling but we were never asked if we wanted another drink, how our food was or if we needed anything. BUT…I don’t blame the staff. They were too busy tripping over each other.
Was the food good? Yes
Will we be back? Maybe.

Went here for my wife’s birthday . The restaurant is right downtown Howell. Beautiful atmosphere! Food and service were outstanding. We had the spinach dip. Both ordered steak that were cooked to perfection. The waitress was very friendly. They brought my wife’s carrot cake out with a huge sparkler fir her birthday Highly recommend

We live on the west side of the state & made a little day trip to some antique stores. A family member that lives close by recommend Diamonds to my husband while we were in town. Loved the atmosphere! The brie cheese appetizer was scrumptious!
