Today I ordered the The Newks Q pizza with cauliflower crust and a Greek salad. Chefs kiss! should literally be considered for the best pizza award. Perfect amount of sauce, cheese, and jalapeños…every.single.time.

Arrived at 10:30am on a Tuesday, might have been the first customers here.
Ordered two French dips, lobster bisque, and the Mac and cheese. Family of 3, about $50 with taxes.
Restaurant was clean and prepped. There were wet floor signs, looks like they had an issue with their AC. However, it was just in one spot. Overall everything looked super clean. N
To address a previous review, the ducks were very well behaved today. There are two entrances so if you have an issue with fowl, go to the other door.
We dined in. Food took about 20 minutes to hit table. They were also busy dealing with online orders and pick ups and it seemed that line for pickups was moving smoothly (for those of you who want to do a pickup).

GREAT JOB OF MAKING IT RIGHT!
Picked up a takeout order on a busy Wednesday night. Unfortunately, my daughter found a decent sized piece of plastic (I’m guessing from a cheese bag) baked into her pizza. I wasn’t planning to leave a review — I just gave her some of mine and moved on.
Later, I received a text asking for feedback, so I left a sad face and briefly mentioned what happened. I honestly didn’t expect much to come of it, as many large franchises don’t usually follow up.
To my surprise, first thing Thursday morning I received a text apologizing for the issue, assuring me it would be addressed with the staff, and they refunded my order. I truly didn’t expect such a quick and thoughtful response.
Thank you to Newk’s management for excellent customer service. We will definitely be returning.

This was a nice fast casual cafe. I ordered a
Pesto Pasta Chicken Caesar was our favorite salad. The Caesar was amazing but that pesto salad was on a different magnitude. Shrimp Po Boy + Tomato soup was a good combo. My parents enjoyed the lobster bisque. A very excellent chain.

I have been here in the past but this was my first time ordering ahead for pick-up. The process was easy and the food was fresh and hot as I arrived. I ordered the Pick 3 with a 1/2 Newk’s Q sandwich, cup of potato soup, and the small garden salad. Perfect portions. The pick-Up area was clearly marked and the lady at the counter made sure I received a drink cup. Loved the experience and the food! 10/10

When I went to eat at newks , my sandwich was so well made and tasted like heaven on my tongue . The girl with blue hair was so sweet and kind , the service was immaculate. She was so great that I had to write a review , we need more workers like her. Who brings positivity and a welcoming heart. 10/10 will eat again.

I have never been at a place that had such an unwelcoming Manager. The woman whom I was ordering from gray shirt, Redish hair and had an industrial piercing, she was very unprofessional and rude it seemed like she had an attitude the whole time because she had this look on her face. Even with her own employees. you can just feel the tension between employees. After I saying I was going to look at the menu some more she went back to the kitchen with another younger woman with blonde hair and a gray shirt and started talking to her. It was obvious they were talking about me. When i was taking my order or asking questions about the menu she was very stoic. When I ordered my sandwich to-go a young woman with blue hair handed me my food and made sure I had everything I wanted. I saw her in the kitchen, she was very helpful and kind. Definitely felt bad leaving that kind woman in an atmosphere like that. Her aura was positively different from the employees I encountered, warm smile & kind.
