They are serving food that spoiled or taste horrible like it’s been sitting out. If that’s not bad enough the staff misses everything like adding guacamole you paid for or even giving your atm card back at window. Lots of staff though I won’t eat hear again there is no accountability for the quality of service here at all.

Food here is amazing and the wait staff was super friendly and attentive. Definitely try the Cabana sampler and get some chips and queso. They have salsa ranch now at the salsa bar so load up on that because it tastes great!
The restaurant was super clean and the restrooms were as well. There is outdoor seating but with the sweltering heat you may not want to go out there. There was plenty of parking when I was there but it wasn’t a very busy day.

This food chain has gone down after covid. i ordered asada bowls and they didnt come with asada.. i ordered carne guidada taco and all we got served was 1 small cube of meat and nothing but gravy… ive ordered from this place in the past and even after covid and it was still okay but in the past year this location serves either no meat on tacos or just 1 small piece and lots of onion.. for the most part the MANAGEMENT @ locations has dropped the ball. Please make this chain better if you want to stay in business.

For what ? I don’t know when it’s my order . Then there is no spot to put add cheese to the breakfast tacos in the app so i put it in the preferences section. They did not put cheese on it , just proceeded to give me my food and tell me next time to put it in the app. I told her it’s was no spot to
edit the taco toppings . I told the lady, i still wanted cheese , i didn’t mind paying . She proceeded to show me a plastic cup asking about how much cheese i wanted and i told her whatever comes on it when you say add cheese at the speaker. I just decided to leave . Will not be back!

Ordered last night and my family was given burnt chicken on the outside. It was hard and black. The inside was raw. The prices that weren’t completely charred were also raw. We don’t notice until we bit into it and ate some of it. Can’t get ahold of anyone at this location to let them know their cooks are giving people salmonella. Corporate not answering either. Check your food before they give you a hospital stay. I don’t need a I’m sorry response from taco cabana either. I need a call back.
