Drive through associate was very rude. They just handed the food out the window and when I took it they just shut the window. I had to check and make sure I had all my food before I drove off because I wasn’t sure I was handed everything because she didn’t say thank you, here you go or anything…just shut the window! How rude!! Three cars left the drive through because nobody took their order. Will never go back.

Ridiculous! First of all the customer service was trash! To let customers wait in a long line to get up to the speaker to order then announce “cash only” is absurd! Why isn’t it posted where people won’t have to just sit there? Then the woman taking orders was rude! She basically threw the bad in my hand & immediately closed the window not giving me time to ask for condiments or anything! Then this bs burrito! They literally gave me HALF a sausage & you can tell the burrito was just re-heated by the way the cheese looks! However, they charged me full price! Always check your food before leaving the drive through, had I taken that advice instead of being considerate of the long line behind me I would’ve demanded a refund! This location will never get another dime out of me!!! Edit 2025–STILL TRASH

Mobile ordering makes it easier for our large family. Sonic still had a hiccup forgetting one of our son’s burger as well as making mine incorrectly. We understood that it was a large order, but then as we were trying to explain it, with our receipt it seemed like we had to almost prove that we didn’t receive the food.
There was however a young lady who was running all the orders solo and she was doing a phenomenal job!

Sometimes they’re amazing, sometimes they’re not. It’s been a good while since I have been here, so I stopped with my elderly mother today for lunch. The food was alright even though the #3 I got didn’t look like what I’ve gotten before. The service was my concern. We looked at the menu for a while before ordering. When the lady was taking our order she seemed rushed. It wasn’t her tone or how she said anything, but she made comments like “do you need a second to look at the menu” and things like that. It just felt rushed and like we were taking up too much time. The person delivering food was fine. Atmosphere and establishment was fine even with the rain. Willing to give them another shot, but will probably take a while before coming back again.

I’ve ordered twice from here thru Uber Eats while im down in Statesboro for work. The first time, my milkshake was forgotten. This time, the drink and two marinara sauces were forgotten. Partially on uber eats for the driver not reading the receipt. As shown in picture, one marinara when 3 are on receipt. And no drink.
update on order: Chili and cheese is lacking. Not sure who the cook is making these, but they shouldn’t be doing it. I worked at sonic in high school and its not that difficult to make a chili cheese coney.

Whent threw drive threw ordered a triple bacon cheese burger with garden and with no mayo. But in stead I got a double burger with no garden and a lot of mayo on it. I am severely disappointed in the service and thinking of never returning.

My grape slushy was good. The All American Dog was not fresh, side of the bun ripped, to much ketchup and mustard, not enough onions or relish. My order was not completed as ordered, I was given a chilli cheese dog instead of all American dog, waited another 5 minutes or so to get correct hotdog, to still get a ragged hotdog.
