Our food was good, packaged correctly. Service was better the last two times I went. My husband and I love their carnitas stuffed sopapillas. I really like their beef tacos (it’s ground beef) + their chips and salsa is very good, too. Service could be quicker, but at least the last 2 times I went, it was friendlier. Lines are typically long, + it can be very cramped in that plaza.

Very fast drive through for breakfast burritos. Be aware that part of the speed is from the daily choice of meat. For instance, one specific day the meat is bacon, another day is something else.
I think they always have beef for their beef and bean burritos.

I don’t understand all the hate for this place. I’ve never driven by this place and it not had a line wrapping around. They open at 6 AM and stop serving breakfast burritos at 11 so it’s five hours of nonstop Service before the lunch rush

I love all the Santiago’s. This one is pretty unique. It’s drive-thru only. There are lanes on each side of the building. When they are not busy it’s super convenient to grab and go. When they are busy, it’s pretty hectic. The line gets fairly long but they do a great job of getting customers through the line as quickly as they can. They do a high volume on the weekends. Plan accordingly. My last visit I ordered two breakfast burritos and one bean burrito. The bean and cheese was not folded in on either end and it was a real challenge to eat without getting it all over me. But the taste is always great. I attribute the mistake to the fact that they were extremely busy the morning I went. Santiago’s is always a great choice.

I have gone to Santiago’s for 20 years, to multiple locations. All of the locations have been consistently good. I order the same things every time, a beef taco and cheese enchiladas. The enchiladas are always consistent and amazing, until today. This was such a disappointment. There was almost no sauce and they were covered with way too many onions. I always order them with onions and I’ve never seen anything like this. It’s like they replaced the sauce with way too many onions. Twenty years of excellent enchiladas, but today was some of the worst I’ve ever had. Such a disappointment, especially when I was so looking forward to having the enchiladas.
I’m giving two stars because my son said his food was good.
I will never go to this location again.

They operate far too slowly for their demand. After spending 15 minutes in line and seeing 3 cars move in this time I left. Their burritos are fine, certainly not worth the level of hassle it is to order at this location.

Your advance online or call in order has no benefit at this drive through location. There are two lines but both are used for ppl who didn’t advance order. Expect to wait 30 min on a weekend. No walk up window, even for advance orders.

The last five times I have gone here for takeout the order is wrong. Not a tough order. Smothered beef burrito no onions and light sauce. I can give leeway to human mistakes but after five times I find it intentional! I have been going to Santiagos for a very long time. I love the food but this is more than a mistake. You’ve lost me as a customer and I will tell my friends and family.

Ya so, if you want to wait 15 minutes for chili with wet soggy fries, that are overpriced to say the least… Great! Come here.
Also don’t expect to come here after 11 and try to get a burrito without getting sassiness from the lady taking the orders. Don’t even have a sign or anywhere saying they don’t serve them after 11.

My sister has been bragging about the extra hot, green chili burrito’s at Santiago’s for the last ten years. So, when we recently headed to Denver to visit the first place she took us was Santiago’s Express. It was a long drive from her home in Lakewood but once we got our food the drive was well worth the time.
My wife and I both ordered the Chicken Burrito with mine being extra hot with cheese and my wife going with the half and half with no cheese, both smothered.
EXCELLENT!! The green hatch chilis were amazing and the heat not only had HOT but it also had plenty of flavor.
They do not offer in store dining but they do have tables outside with large umbrellas so five adults were able to sit and enjoy our lunch. We did not leave disappointed. We will return on our next trip to the Denver area which cannot be soon enough.
