Ok man I eat here all the time so this kinda sucks. I usually love everything about this place. The food, service, people. But I came and got my same usual meal tonight which is a 3 finger combo with extra toast no fries. But they gave me extra fries this time I really didn’t think it was a big deal I just came back for the toast. But this girl in the drive through just didn’t wanna work or was taking her bad day out or something but she already had a pretty rude attitude and then still didn’t give me the 2 pieces of toast when I came back. Plus it wasn’t even fully toasted or buttered like at all. It felt like they were mad at me for just wanting what I asked and paid and even drove back for and was willing to pay the difference if there was one. Not even to mention the sauce was opened and spilled inside the box! This was extremely unprofessional and really upsetting…

I paid over $100 for a 50-piece family-sized chicken finger meal with bread, and I was extremely disappointed. The chicken was severely overcooked and so hard that my children couldn’t even bite through it. When you’re spending that kind of money, you expect fresh, properly prepared food — especially from a restaurant that specializes in chicken fingers.

However, I want to update this review and say that David, the manager, personally reached out and assisted me in resolving the issue. He was professional, understanding, and handled the matter quickly. He has offered to replace the chicken tenders on Tuesday, and I truly appreciate the prompt response and effort to make things right.

I truly appreciate the way management responded and took care of the situation. Thank you for making it right. Thank you David!

Total was $11.37 for two fries and two large teas. The tea was fresh. The fries…”two fries” came in one box and barely done. Not even crispy. We gave them $22.00 so we could get a $10 bill back. They gave us the $2 back and gave us change for the $20. Husband had to do the math for them.

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers on South Hulen had a friendly staff, hot and delicious chicken fingers and fries, and were fast. No complaints from our visit to this location – they met our expectations of what we think about when we envision Cane’s!

Food: Ordered a Box Combo with no coleslaw and extra bread and Cane’s sauce. Also ordered two Kid’s Combos. Order was correct, came out fast and hot, and brought to our table.

Service: Friendly staff. Welcomed us in even though we came late at night. They were kind to my kids and served with a smile.

Atmosphere: All I can say is it’s a “typical” Cane’s experience. Sports gear supporting the local teams and colleges. This location had TCU (Texas Christian University) gear all around.

The chicken here is usually very good unless you get one or more pieces with the actual tendon still intact. The garlic bread is decent also but the fries are frozen crinkle cut fries you can buy at any grocery a store and they are ALWAYS soft and soggy (Yuck!) and I don’t know anyone under 60 years old who likes coleslaw aka seasoned cabbage with mayonnaise lemon water is not an actual dish that should be served by any restaurant. The sauce is great but nothing more than a combo of pre-existing sauces. Don’t be fooled into thinking its a good thing when they say their “one love” is chicken fingers. What they mean is they put almost no effort at all into the rest of their menu items and they are mediocre at best. Staff is awesome, service is fast. And a single 6 piece combo meal, which granted is a lot of food despite parts of it being soggy, flavorless, or completely inedible, will run you close to $20. Gave three stars overall bc the staff is great but without them it would be hard to give Cane’s even two stars.

Ordered the chicken sandwich. And I hardly any Cane Sauce. As someone who works in food service, I understand things are measured, but this less sauce than what comes in a cup..
Food is fresh and hot, just disappointed in the no sauce.

I’ve also ordered the same thing at the Benbrook location, and the sandwich was Amazing 10/10.

Raising Canes Chicken is a family favorite for chicken strips, garlic toast and their wonderful Lemonade! This Hulen location is clean and organized and the single stall bathrooms were also well kept and stocked up. We usually go through the drive through, but our kid and our kid’s friend group all love to meet here for dinner before going out on the weekends. They allow them to push tables together to accommodate larger groups and their tolerable of the loudness and obnoxiousness that comes with teenagers lol!

Pros: Pro tip – you can totally ask for your Chicken Strips or Crinkle Cut Fries to be cooked extra crispy and they come out extra hot as an extra bonus! They also have the delicious crunchy “Sonic” style ice, so at least get yourself a free ice water cup or get some of that tart Lemonade! My kid loves the Chicken Strips, my husband loves the cold Cole Slaw and Crinkle Cut Fries with their special Canes Sauce and I’m a fan of their Garlic Toast and Lemonade! Something for everyone here, but only a few things for Vegetarian’s. We still recommend Raising Cane’s and their service is a step above other chicken places!

I asked three times if my chicken was crispy cooked well. And was told yes… Who wants to eat slimy chicken? Definitely not me. And what do I get slimy chicken. I hate this place.
