Usually I would just let something like this go, but with everything that has been going basic respect Is too much to ask apparently. Went to chipotle as got a burrito with queso and chimichurri, cashiers girl asked me if I asked for extra queso where I said yes she said total of 24 dollars and I said out loud “24? “ and she asked again “did you got extra queso?” I said yes whatever I paid while I’m eating I’m like my receipt most be here just to see that I was charged for extra meat and also queso on the side that if you know is more expensive than in your burrito/bowl whatever I went there and asked without trying to make a scene”hey you charge me for extra meat that I didn’t ask for not I got the extra meat” whatever had a whole discussion confusion happen whatever, manager comes and then I asked about the queso because since I am already getting a refund I want to know why or what’s going on, everyone starting to look at me like I’m crazy, employees started laughing at the way I talk and my accent, manager said she could not understand what I was saying at all and then people on the line started laughing at me and calling me Karen. Are we supposed to be okay in being overcharged ? Is basic respect too much to ask? Not surprise because this chipotle on Robert is poorly managed and not taken care of. Literally left threw my food away and everyone was laughing at me as I walked out.

I always get a double wrap burrito, with fifty-fifty meat. I generally change it up every time but usually always fifty-fifty.
If you’ll never been to a Chipotle’s, my mother and girlfriends usually get the bowl, it’s has everything but it’s not wrapped in a tortilla, I believe you can have it on the side, but my mother never dose and she loves the bowl , again I’m a burrito wrap person and my favorite thing about Chipotle is I can directm on what I want in the burrito, Adding extra or less of an items as it’s made.
Again as you can watch as they make your burrito or bowl each time could be slightly different.That’s my favorite part.

Complete mess in the dining room, men’s bathroom completely messed up and they had 3 employees standing at the cash register chatting. Probably the last time here.

I had a very pleasant experience at this location tonight after having a TERRIBLE one last week at a different location ans swearing off Chipotle. The food portions were good this evening, the food was flavorful and NOT greasy (this was the issue at the other location). This is my go-to location going forward.

I am so impressed with this location. Went on a bogo day and the line was past the door. The staff were nice, fast and gave decent portions. They kept everything well stocked and prep surface was clean. Kudos to staff!

Not a great place to go. A customer was complaining today about an overcharge and the employees and manager were very dismissive and disrespectful. With how things are to see these people disrespect their customers, it really makes one wonder whether or not it’s worth giving to these companies. Shame on you Chipotle, shame on your employees and management.

Today was really bad. I guess it’s hit or miss because this is the first time I got a burrito this bad. Ever. From any chipotle. It was all the way soggy. Cold. Just disappointing. I will never risk that again. Especially when you’re tipping before you even get the service.

Smallest burrito I’ve ever spent $12 on. Barely any meat. Not the first time I’ve had a problem with the amount of food I’m paying for at this chipotle compared to all others. 8 bites to finish the burrito. Would not recommend this chipotle.

Went for a burrito, out of white rice, out of lettuce, out of cheese, and I got the scraps of the steak at the bottom of the container, deinfately not a full serving. Why was this place even still open???? You can’t even see steak in my pic. Burrito? No… brown rice wrap…

Went at 10pm on a Monday and was told they were out of (basically) everything. When I said I thought they were open until 11pm we were told it was a rough night and they weren’t making any new food so we could have the dried out meat they had left with brown rice or nothing lol why bother staying open “later” at all if this is the result?
