This particular one is convenient to our present patterns at this moment for lunchtime fast food eats. In this instance I can see their quality pledge at work (as compared to experiences in Mississippi for example). Friendly? I’ll say. Staff and management introduce themselves now that we are semi-regulars. I particularly like adding green chili to burgers otherwise with only mayo and lettuce. No distractions, just that. Holland likes this place a LOT.

Super quiet night, the drive through was busy but the inside dining was 100% empty for the three of us to enjoy. The food was good, and I love the flavor options on the drink machines here, it makes it a little extra special compared to anywhere else. I tried the ghost pepper burger and it was pretty mild for what I was expecting.

Employee who worked on Feb 18, 2026 at 8:50am was rude. The hours was not corrected on Google and online ordering system. When we arrived the lady informed us in an angry tone of voice that they are closed. She said the hours are wrong online and has informed her boss. I suggested an edit of their hours on Google but yet they couldnt make that correction themseves. I am upset that she is rude to us as if we made an error. We placed our order online and now we are trying to get a refund because the employee couldnt assist us with anything.

The food is gross here, they have no standards of quality. They serve old, cold burgers, fries and nuggets. They have a broken Coke freestyle machine that has not ever worked correctly, so your drink will be awful too. This franchise should be corrected or shut down because they don’t seem to care that they are giving Wendy’s a bad reputation, it’s just a waste of your money to go there.

I just got a couple chicken sandwiches from this location and we noticed one of the sandwich buns had mold. I had already finished my chicken sandwich before my partner noticed the mold on hers. I brought it back expecting my meal to be comped but instead they insisted I get a different sandwich made. I told the lady at the window I’m not going to eat there anymore because it doesn’t seem safe, multiple times. She continued to say they don’t do refunds so I finally replied can I talk to a higher up or a manager. That’s when she asked to see my sandwich and receipt. After a few moments passed she stuck her hand out the window with two single dollar bills and my original receipt and said”here’s the refund for the crispy sandwich” I tried explaining that I feel like I probably ate mold and want a full refund. She insisted my sandwich didn’t have mold and explained that there were only mold on the small sandwich buns because those ones are in the sun, and that they thought they got rid of all the buns that had mold but they missed one. I was extremely disappointed with how they handled their mistake. I will definitely never eat here again and make sure everyone i know is aware of the mold situation here.

This review has nothing to do with the elderly woman that works here she is excellent. This review is on the female that wears a bun with long ugly cheap nails I believe she’s a manager here because every time I come she’s always yelling at employees embarrassing them while she’s always rude to customers never gives the right order…lady you should be careful how you run this restaurant and how you deal with the public 1) the Health Department should be called out to this location and 2) you should park your jeep correctly because Albuquerque PSA might see this parking violation and fine you. I know “you” as a Wendy’s manager will be as far you’ll ever go in life. I look forward to seeing you again and future changes are made.

Absolutely terrible restaurant! Do not go. “We don’t have enough people to open our lobby, so we allow the middle school kids to walk through the drive-thru in front of all the cars.” The kids were rude to an elderly lady trying to get past them. There were 4 kids originally, and then more groups walked up in front of the cars, blocking everyone from getting by as they threw a football. They then threw their drinks on the ground as they walked away. We left our order there and drove off.
