Wanted the Asiago stack, no Asiago bun, ordered Chicken Bacon Ranch, lite on the chicken, a couple of pieces of bacon and couldn’t taste the ranch at all. Bread was warm and delicious. I’ve been here twice and both times they were very light on meat but heavy on lettuce. The people are really nice and the place is clean but if you want meat on your sandwich, go somewhere else.

I placed a mobile order for the Strawberry Poppy Chicken salad as it’s my favorite and only available for a limited time. I customized the order to have no pecans, and I know that it went through okay because the receipt clearly states no pecans. Lo and behold, I open the bag and what do I see on top of the salad? PECANS. It was initialed that the order was inspected, but obviously not very well because they didn’t catch the error. I was able to remove them, but if a person with a nut allergy had this happen, it could have been a real problem. That being said, the food was already ready when I arrived to pick it up and was otherwise delicious. The restaurant looked very clean. A good experience aside from the issue.

On January 31st we placed a carryout order with the Monticello Panera. They did not include the bread bowl that I verified a second time at the counter, after initial online order was placed, but they also included chicken in a veggie sandwich. Terrible order execution.
I received an email from Panera regarding my experience. I pointed out the above order execution issues and immediately received a message from Anika Tlatenchi Assistant General Manager. She apologized for the errors made by the Monticello location and asked for my address to send two vouchers for free You Pick Two entrees on a subsequent visit.
Great initial response, but again there was an issue with execution . She sent me two EXPIRED You Pick Two entree coupons. I have still not heard back from Anika after sending a follow up email about the EXPIRED You Pick Two entrees vouchers on February 21st.

Absolutely wonderful experience, came here for me and my dad’s birthday and the food was better than other panera I’ve been to, main highlight was one of the staff, Owen, was an absolute joy to be around. He was extremely helpful with any questions we had, and overall just seemed happy to be there which kept everybody in a good mood. Will come again!

It has a great atmosphere, the place is very clean, the staff was very friendly, they have music playing that is up beat and the food came out hot and fresh tasting. It is your typical Panera Bread store.
The food does take a little longer because it’s not all premade. They have a TV so you can see where you are on the list for orders.
I definitely recommend eating here and for those asking about seating they have 36 chairs inside, plus outside seating.
We got the 2 combo meal and begals to go.

January 18th. 2025. Two days after their grand opening. We missed all of the free stuff.
Kinda small for a Panera. Everything was spotless. Duh, all new.
I thought the place was loud. The music was way too loud. The metal legged chairs on the tile floors made such an awful racket when you pulled them out to sit.
But, the everything bagel with cream cheese my wife and I had was 5 stars. Really warm and tasty. Coffee, no more of those pump pots. All new grind your own. Very good. I used to enjoy having coffee in a mug. Not here, paper cups.

Ordered 2 sandwiches for $9 a sandwich, and they gave us a quarter of a sandwich + a third of a sandwich. For $18 I didn’t even get one single whole sandwich. Complained to manager. She said she’d push for a full refund but I only got a 75% refund. I also didn’t get the right amount of food afterwards to rectify the loss of money. Won’t be returning. Literally a scam

Tonight I experienced the delightfully AMAZING Strawberry Poppyseed Salad with chicken for the first time…and it tasted like summer!
(It was so delicious that I did not even use the dressing.)
Their broccoli cheddar soup was like comfort in a cup, and I was satisfied but not overly stuffed thanks to their You Pick Two option.
I also want to give a shout-out to team member Owen who was cheerful, kind, diligent, and pleasant throughout our entire visit. He was cleaning with a smile (and paying attention to detail) when we first arrived, yet he graciously allowed us to interrupt his task so we could wash our hands. He seemed to really care about the entire customer experience. Every workplace needs more young people like Owen!

Good food, and the staff was what made the experience better. A young women with red ish hair was the sweetest, I’m sorry I didn’t get her name. I would return simply because she was so sweet and that always creates a better environment!
