Trendy wooden plank chairs and booths. Not comfy. Food was amazing, definitely will be back for more, just will do carry out. Staff was so helpful. We had a drink spill, and they were right on it. Totally cleaned up and ready for next customer in 5 minutes. Great food stop. Don’t forget to order the famous fries. Standard burger and chicken sandwich will bring us back!

Tasty food, but a little overpriced for what you get. Much better shakes at cheaper places, the shakes here taste like thicker Frappuccinos.
Burgers are very tasty, but it is $10 with tax for a single patty, and $13 with two patties which is quite a bit.
The servers don’t call out your name, and you can’t hear them. You just sort of look for them carrying your bag/order.
Overall fries shake and a burger was just under $25 for me that’s a bit on the “overpriced” side!

The burger was very good and the crinkle fries were hard to pass up. The fresh lemonade was super good! Limited parking but very nice environment and super cool outdoor eating area. Food was easy to order, big menu on the wall and nice employees. Kinda pricey for burger and fries but the quality was worth it

I ordered a Shack burger, onion rings, and chocolate malt for home delivery. The burger was delicious, but much too small for the price. The onion rings were soft and soggy; not crisp—probably due to the 30+ minute delivery time; not the restaurant’s fault. The malt was also delicious, but small and not worth the price.
The PRESENTATION was fabulous. Sturdy monogrammed bag and boxes for everything. But I couldn’t eat the packaging! I’d rather have cheap bags containing more food than huge, elegant boxes containing little morsels that barely made a meal!

Our group loved the burger, fries were delicious topped with cheese. The stuffed mushroom was extremely delicious. The mango lemonade was super tasty. Everyone enjoyed their dinner choices.

Burgers very tasty. Very good choices in beef. Buns were next level. Veggies were the freshest. Kiosk was simple to operate! ( May have been four to choose from. Fries were tasty with no grease. Atmosphere was clean and inviting. I assume the restrooms were as clean as the lobby. Very modern feel. Clean parking lot with multiple exits.

I have a little one who’s extremely picky and hardly ever eats but she loved their burgers and actually ate two of them!
My oldest ordered something she wasn’t too sure about, and the staff were so kind and accommodating they let her switch it out with no problem.
Totally worth it in my opinion!

Love this place. Those Korean fries were amazing. Really like the queso and I’m not a fan of it. Burgers were delicious and a great size. Forgot to take pics of the shakes but we liked everything. Definitely coming back.
