This was our first time and the food was amazing! It’s your standard American Chinese buffet, but everything was hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean and had plenty of options. The waitstaff was super knowledgeable and very kind and quick to serve. My husband and I really enjoyed our meal and will be returning often!

Been going here for way more than a decade. You can tell the owner cares about his business. It’s consistently good, with only a few bad experiences. Go during the lunch or dinner crowds for the freshest food. They are quick with getting more food on the bar, so the wait isn’t too bad. My only bad experiences were when it was slow or nearly empty inside.

Food is always fresh, the restaurant (building) itself is old and has its issues but overall strong 7.5 to 8 rating.

They are finally open again. Be prepared to wait in line. It was about 30 mins before we got to a table. The honey chicken is still amazing and don’t skip over the Korean chicken!

Wasn’t impressed on several levels. The building itself and the overall dated decor just says this is a tired business. The interior shows the signs of wear and age. When things are in this condition, cleanliness probably isn’t going to be a strong point. And it wasn’t.

The food is ok for the most part but ‘ok’ is about the best I can give it. I was there around 6:30 pm and the place was probably 80% full but the food did not seem fresh.

I watched the broccoli and beef stir pan being changed. The new pan was put in place and then the staff picked the beef out of the old pan and put in with the new stuff. One would wonder what was going to happen to the broccoli part. Recycle with new beef, don’t know but that was what things seemed like to me, recycled and not fresh.

The people that work here were not really friendly. They kept the table cleared of used dishes but seldom made eye contact. When we checked out there wasn’t a single word said. No ‘how was everything’ or ‘thanks for coming’, just absolutely nothing.

I give the 3 stars because the food was not bad. I didn’t taste anything that seemed off but the overall food impression was that it lacked freshness. No stars for a dirty floor and minus a star for lack of friendliness.

There is plenty of free parking with some handicapped access.

Our drinks was slammed on the table so rudely that some of all of our drinks spilled and we had to clean it up we asked for straw and the was thrown at us. Staff never came to refill drinks. And it was not that busy it was around 130. Food was mushy and nasty ( all beef dishes). Cream cheese wontons was burnt badly. Soup had a sour chemical taste. After paying over $50 I still had to go home and cook because no one ate more than 2-3 bites it was that nasty.

Absolutely Unacceptable Treatment — Avoid at All Costs

My family and I have been long-time customers, but we will never return after how we were treated recently. First, the pricing at this buffet is inconsistent and shady — depending on where they seat you, the price changes, even if you come in at the same time of day. That’s not how a buffet should work.

Second, the customer service is terrible. They rarely refill drinks, and they rush to take your plates even if you’re clearly still eating. But the worst part? When my mom went to pay (she had $50 cash for a $41 bill), the man at the front yelled at her, saying “It’s 41 dollars!” — then threw the money at her instead of simply giving back her change. It was completely uncalled for, aggressive, and humiliating. I had to step in because of how rude and disrespectful he was.

On top of that, we’ve seen children working the counter, which raises serious concerns about how this place operates.

If you value fair pricing, decent service, and basic human respect — stay far away from New China Super Buffet in Bartlesville. There are plenty of other places to eat in town where you won’t be treated like this.

I visited this location a few years ago, prior to the remodel, and had a less-than-stellar experience. Hoping the recent renovations would reflect improvements in cleanliness, atmosphere, and food quality, I decided to give it another try today. Unfortunately, aside from a large pink tree and a plastic character at the entrance, there appeared to be little actual change. The interior felt largely the same, and the food was once again disappointing—lukewarm at best and lacking in flavor. Overall, I left feeling quite let down.
