Excellent chicken, hot, fresh and tasty. Manager actually came to our table and asked us if our meal was good, now that’s management. Dining room was clean as well as the restroom, wish our local popeye’s was like this.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Popeyes location. The employees had terrible attitudes and seemed completely uninterested in doing their jobs. The manager appeared to have no control over the staff, and the whole environment felt very unprofessional.
I waited about 30 minutes for my food, even though the restaurant wasn’t extremely busy, and the food still wasn’t ready when it should have been. On top of that, when I finally received my order, it was incorrect.
The store itself was dirty and poorly maintained, and several employees were walking around playing instead of working. It didn’t seem like anyone there took pride in their job or cared about customer service.
I even spoke up and told them that everyone in there needs to fix their attitude. This is a job that helps pay bills and make ends meet, so the least they could do is come to work ready to do the job properly. If they don’t want to work, they shouldn’t be there.
Overall, the service was unacceptable and the entire experience was frustrating.

Took over 40 mins to order and get food! At 1 pm on a Sunday. Insanely slow. The line was slow. The time stamp on our receipt said 1:11. By 1:41, we were still waiting for our order. By the time we got everything, we got lids that didn’t fit the cups. “It’s all they had.” We ordered two pies and only got one. We asked for blackened ranch and they were out/only had buttermilk. People in the line were complaining too. The sandwiches were good! But fries were cold. Everything else was nice.

TERRIBLE service and mannerisms. They act like putting sauces, chicken and fries in a bag is an Olympic sport. Just do your job with an exceptional attitude and life wouldn’t be so hard. This is coming from someone that works in the industry at a super busy restaurant. This location has ALWAYS lacked professionalism and this is why I come to this one specifically maybe once a year. Just wanted to share my experience.

Of the few times i have came here its always been the same thing, long waits often 20+ minutes, staff disregarding requests like sauces often times needing to ask multiple different employees or asking the same one multiple times, and overall unfriendliness. The food was fine enough so thats why i never honestly left a review for this place originally but it can’t carry this place forever.

I havent come back here in over a year now, wanting to believe that my experience was a one time experience because i get it, things happen or people have bad days or something is happening interally in the resturant making things difficult on staff. But its only as of recently that i actually came to check the reviews of this location to learn that not only has nothing changed and that my experience is a collective experience but that now this is the only popeyes withen miles of many people such as myself since the Boynton Mall area shutdown pretty much unexpectedly, which historically has been really good compared to this location. If you were a Boynton Mall customer, I would NOT come here until this place gets back in shape. Its in dire need of a restaffing from cashier to owner. It’s seriously bad if there have been consistent ongoing issues for literal years.

I ordered 2 piece dinner red beans & rice, they gave me mashed potatoes! The biscuit wasn’t hot and the chicken was lacking flavor!! I have no idea how they could’ve messed up the chicken flavors but they did!!!!

The staff working today were amazing! Even though they were super busy, they made sure our meal was fresh, hot, and delicious. You can really see how hard they work here. The restaurant was very clean, and I can’t say enough about how nice the cashier was—so pleasant, polite, and quick. Excellent service and great food. I highly recommend this Popeyes

I haven’t been to this restaurant in years order a 16 piece family meal waited 40 minutes and drive-through when I went inside I cannot believe how dirty and filthy it was in there. I requested a refund immediately and they said they couldn’t do it because of the timing, somebody seriously needs to call the health department this place is seriously a health hazard. Do not eat here if you value your life.

Drive thru staff are rude, unfriendly, slow & incompetent

The last THREE times in row they screwed up my order. A 3pc chicken meal, dark & spicy with beans and rice and a Coke shouldn’t have been too difficult for them. But, it seems, none of them know the difference between white and dark meat , mild or spicy or the difference between mashed potatoes and beans and rice.

I blame poor management and lack of training

You say that you’re sorry and that you’ll talk with the management. While that sounds good, the problem is that the management IS the problem. If you had better managers that enforced the franchise standards you wouldn’t have employees disregarding them. Furthermore, on my last visit it was the manager (a woman wearing a black shirt) who filled my drive thru order. Which is part of the problem. It is difficult to supervise when you’re busy doing the employees job. All the while a number of employees are standing around goofing off.

I had one of the worst experiences at Popeyes. The staff gave me nothing but attitude from the start, and to make things worse, they gave me the wrong food. When I tried to get it corrected, I was told to wait–and ended up sitting there for almost an entire hour just to get chicken. Even then, the chicken they finally served was just dropped back in the grease to make it seem fresh. Unprofessional service, poor communication, and food quality that didn’t live up to expectations. Definitely not worth my time or money. Do eat at this location they did not give me no receipt for the order and they forgot my dessert in my order please don’t waste your money here.
