The chicken fingers were good and hot, but I could not eat the fries. They had so much salt I literally could not taste the fries. We waited about 20 minutes on food.

This is ridiculous!!!! I went to zaxbys and just got home ( I live 2 minutes from zaxbys) and when I got home my fries were hardened and cold and there is only a handful of them, the chicken is cold, the plate is messy. And on top of all of that the service was TERRIBLE! I asked for strawberry lemonade they gave me regular when I told them I asked for strawberry they assured me it was and to just mix it, I did and nothing still regular. The woman in there was absolutely rude and huffy. This is ridiculous, they will be closed before I could make it back up there. I’m sure they just gave me what was cold and cooked an hour ago because they were 30 minutes from closing time but still UNACCEPTABLE!! When I come and pay 15 dollars for a meal I expect it to be somewhat edible, the fries would chip a tooth.

If I could give it zero stars I would have the lady that’s running her mouth behind the counter has no idea how to be a manager can’t even add cheese to my order. Our meal was close to 65 dollars for 3 ppl and I was wanting to pay for extra cheese she absolutely refused rude as can be. The guy taking our order couldn’t hear anything we were saying because she was sooo loud and being awful . I frequent this location weekly I will never repeat never come back to zaxbys again . You need a whole new crew for the front line and a new manager immediately she’s running everyone off and what happen to the customer it’s all about her and not the customers.

Good luck getting your order correct in the drive thru. They literally mess up the order almost every single time. This is a review from multiple visits. I will not go to this location again. Don’t complain about minimum wage and then literally can’t do the minimum when it comes to job performance.

We had a few items either made wrong or left out of an order from about 2 and half months ago and was told we were written in the book for when we came back. Noone told us it had to be redeemed within 30 days. Grant was great. He, with absolutely NO questions asked, took the order of what they messed up on and made it for us. He went beyond his requirements of being respectful of his customers. He did explain about the 30.day time frame, but did so very respectfully and didn’t let it interfere with doing the right thing at all. I have always loved Zaxby’s and my daughter could live there if possible but today Grant represented respect and gratitude towards customers and I really appreciate that. More stores should hire him so he can show their managers what a manager should behave like. Thanks Zaxby’s and thank you Grant.

The rudest employee at the drive thru window today. 12:11 PM. We had two orders, but she only gave us one. When we told her we had another order, she literally slung the bag at us while giving us attitude. We had to tell her we had another drink as well and she barely even looked at us when she gave it to us. Ridiculous. Not happy when we pay a high price for something and the service is sorry. Customer service needs improvement.

Very disappointing at this point. My latest visit to this Zaxbys was the night of 11.5.2026. I ordered a kicken chicken sandwich with sauce on the side and a wings and thing meal confirmed with zax sauce and ranch by the person taking the order and again confirmed by the person who we pay. When I got home there was zero sauce in my bag or boxes. Chicken tenders in both plates were very small (like they were halved), the boneless wings had very little sauce, the fries were cold and hard.
This has been a reoccurring issue with this Zaxbys for months.

Ordered a Great 8 boneless wings and got 5. Last time I checked, 8 does not equal 5. This isn’t a minor mistake, it’s straight up laziness or carelessness. With prices being what they are, the least you can do is give people what they actually paid for. Completely unacceptable and a waste of money.
