“No Syrup” Good morning , I was on my way to work ,went thru the drive thru and ordered pancakes with sausage. Paid my bill, next window to pick up my food and asked for two syrups. That is when the cashier informed me that there was no syrup in the store and they were waiting for the truck to come in.
My first issue is why would they allow me to order pancakes and not inform me about the syrup?
Secondly, I don’t think the cashier was going to even tell me there was no syrup in my bag if I hadn’t asked for two syrups. Then when I tried to discuss it with her, she said the manager was right there and talk to him. He was no help at all . He said he didn’t know they were out of syrup. They both could careless and offered no solutions or suggestions.
Customer service 1 out of 10. (no receipt was provided to me either- I was at the Allentown Rd location in Camp Springs MD)

You’re not supposed to have to wait 20 minutes for food at a fast food restaurant. I could’ve gone to a sitdown restaurant and gotten faster. You also don’t have a staff meeting going on when you have a 20 minute back up on the floor of your restaurant with 10 or more workers

Mc Donald’s food has changed for the worse to me. And the food servers are messy preparing the sandwiches. Cheese burger, fish sandwiches all be very messy with the condiments. The ice tea is nasty. The price is okay .

I came for the Chicken Big Mac and it did not disappoint. Was very skeptical when it was first announced because I thought they would be using that McChicken pattie which we all know is ️ But Ronald McDonald dug into his bag of tricks for this one. It’s bigger than the McChicken pattie and kinda has the consistency of the nuggets. Very Crispy. I would suggest ordering thru the app so you can customize it. I left off the Mac Sauce (I don’t like mayonnaise) I was very pleased. Check it out. It won’t be on the menu for long. Of course I got fries and the Hi-C orange soda!

I came to this McDonald’s right now to order, there is no one at the empty counter, everyone is chatting on their own, they are talking, I have told them many times, no one is interested, the female manager is included in this, she saw it first, she told the others, the others told the others, they are talking to themselves, and they leave without ordering. I had to, they still don’t realize it… Do they work for free or does this restaurant need money? The relevant people need to take care of this staff and put them in order. After all, no one eats for free or wants it for free…
It would be better to replace this lady manager with a budgie. She sees but ignores him. She hears but ignores him. I guess he has a lot of money, he doesn’t need it, send him to work…

I placed an order in the app and once I got to the restaurant I was told that after midnight they don’t make fish-o-filet sandwiches. So I had to cancel in the app and will not be back to this location specifically.

Real feel outside is 105. I go into this McDonald’s and just get a lemonade which is fine. I go up to the counter and ask for some water. They tell me they don’t do refills. I asked do you not have water. I was shocked so I did asked it in that with tone. So two people walked over had a and said we get water. Didn’t take my cup and fill it, oh no they went and got a kiddie cup just for me…0 stars
