I ordered the Extrvaganzza pizza with extra cheese. Very disappointing. One could probably get a better pizza in the frozen foods aisle of the grocery store, for half the price. Boring crust, and very few toppings. Staff not unfriendly, but quite indifferent and disinterested. With the other excellent pizza restaurants in Clifton Forge, I can’t imagine why anyone would choose Domino’s.

Dec 2025 : Don’t tip SAMANTHA . She forgets your sides THAT YOU PAID FOR, says she’s going back to get them, but never shows up. That place is hit-or-miss. Best to pick it up or go to Michael’s, when they’re open. Samantha owes me her tip. Wow.

My order was over $30 got it delivered driver was rude with a attitude no customer service also order was wrong I called the store to get it fixed a guy named Duncan answered and was rude about fixing the mistake and laughed that it was wrong. I will never order from the Clifton forge Dominos again they need retrained on customer service and how to answer a phone and get the orders right

Missing the 4 sauces I ordered. Yet another company charging money for sauces that don’t include them. Then they don’t even offer a refund going through customer service but 60 reward points for a future order? They got $3.00 for 0 product.

If I could give them no stars I would this experience has been horrible first we make a 60 dollar order and two was made wrong I called for 2 hrs with no answer and then all of a sudden the employees wants to answer I told the lady my grievance and she said that she would remake and have them sent out. Well we sit here and wait and wait and my husband calls and he was told that it was left on the porch he goes out and there’s nothing so then I go outside and call the lady back and she goes to say that it was delivered and I told her there was nothing out there and when I told her I have security footage on my front porch she says OK. And then she had the nerve to say that I cussed her which I did not and then she hangs up, so I went through the footage and from 2:52 to 3:55 p.m. and what do you know they never delivered anything to this house. I dont like being called a lier or made out to a lier. But I will not ever place another order at this location. They are always messing up something and god dont like UGLY.

I recently bought two pizzas from this location and they were divine. The crust was light and fluffy, the sauce was the perfect amount, and the cheese was nice and bubbly. My boyfriend and I ordered carryout and the staff was very friendly and polite as well as the store itself being very clean and nicely decorated. I would definitely recommend to anybody in the area.

Pizza was so sloppy could not hold..thinner than toilet paper. Called resteraunt and arrogant employee said if you get toppings crust will not hold up. Said that’s why he never orders New York style. Crust was thin as paper. Didnt want to replace and didnt offer a refund. Last time will order from there. They sell better pizza at local gas station! Hunt Brothers pizza rules!!
